F'ing roach crawled across my table!! The male that was working was more interested in talking about other jobs with the two customers.The only thing he could do was apologize for the problem and state they are trying to get rid of them. Didn't look like it to me!!! DISGUSTING

Extremely loud from workers performing cleanup throwing pots, dishes in sink, talking loud. Couldn't even have a conversation due to noise. Had to ask for our drinks three times. Waitress keep scratching her head while waiting on us. No a relaxing lunch. Servers more interested in joking with each other loudly than taking care of their customers.

My wife and I went in and sat down. We were there 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged our presence. I understand being busy, but it only takes 5 seconds to say " I'll be with you in a minute "

Imy observations. Place needs an overhaul or maybe it's a training facility. Very slow. Certain workers look lost . Almost 35 minutes waiting in food . But when I got it it was so. Needs improvement and phones taken off jobs while working

Although everyone was very friendly and nice and all. The service, preparation and delivery of the meals needs work.Better communication between whom ever is taking the order and the one cooking it.Cook's turning down help when you are clearly in need of it seems as if there is something's going on between on coming and out going employees or someone has to much pride.Either way, the meals for my wife and myself weren't terrible just not the usual goodness we are use to.

It was cleaner than the last Waffle house I went to. Our server was amazing, she was attentive, and helpful. The manager cooked my hashbrowns perfectly, it was the first time I got my hashbrowns well done all the way through! I will definitely go back if ever in Beaumont again!
