Two months ago one of the best mcdonald's in the town of beaumont. Then all of a sudden it went to c*****.Pardon my french. Nobody says hello, when you pull up at the drive through. Have set as long as eight minutes to get waited on. And was on hold with the comment call number when I did this. Other customers were pulling up and leaving. When I showed one man, how long I had been sitting there timing, getget waied on, he said, yep, that's about usual and he drove off. We'll not be going back.

Fresh food delivered. The nitro coffee wasn't very good but all I was concerned about was my pancakes and bacon. 😁
Never been to a 24/7 waffle house that make you stay outside and order through a window. They lady didn't even greet me or bring me a menu, and she mugged me like I owed her money. Very disappointed the worst service I have ever gotten. The food was halfway cooked I just left, and will never eat at this location again.

We got here and there was a wait, understandable on a rainy Saturday morning, we ordered waffles and omelets. My omelets was ham cheese and onions....onions and ham burnt ordered a do over, my husband ordered a backhand cheese...he asked for more bacon...Jolene Cobb the manager came over was rude as all get out and said it had enough...u couldn't even see the bacon... so my husband said he didn't want it..themanager threw it in the trash ... my husband said to me this is some bs...she came back to our table to tell us to leave..... She spelled her name out because I said I'm calling it in...rudest old lady I have ever come across...won't be back !!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Our waitress basically didn’t speak the whole time. Then my wife got her food and I sat there for another 30 minutes just to realize my order never got put in. We ended leaving and going to the Waffle House off TX-105 to get food for me.
