Deserves zero stars because place was awful. Every table was dirty with either food crumbs on them or plates with leftover food still on top of them. The only Server there was on her phone when we walked in. One of the Seats was sticky when we sat on it and we moved to the only table clean enough to sit. The place was empty yet None of the tables were clean with exception of that one.

I just left this store, it's 9:12pm on November 29th. When we walked in the restaurant there was only 1 table with customers eating, and about 7 workers behind the counter. We were not greeted at all, and just chose a booth and sat down. We waited for a full 10 minutes in which several workers looked our way, but no one EVER ATTEMPTED to provide any service! VERY VERY POOOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! WOULD NOT VISIT AGAIN!

Our server Angelita was excellent knowledgeable, courteous and excellent serving skills to make sure we were taken care of. She should be an employee of the month… we eat at a lot of waffle houses throughout the gulf she isn’t far one of the best.

The food was delicious ! The grits were cooked out of love and perfection. The omelet & hash browns were just right. The atmosphere was nice and quite . The whole staff treated me like VIP nice and friendly. The manager Marshall went out of her way to make sure everything was good 😊. Thank you Mrs Marshall, Carol, Valinda and Ashley at Store 1220..
