This place is horrible. They didn't cook my fries all of the way when I told them I want them to recook my fries. They started speaking Spanish acting like they didn't know what I was saying. They refused to give me a refund

The kiosk is a bit of a pain to order through. And we waited for a bit. Our food wasn’t hot and fresh even tho we had to wait. The fries were cold. I asked for no tomato, onion, or pickle on my burger. It was loaded with onions and a tomato. For 3 meals was almost $40. That’s a lot for fast food to not be hot, fresh, or accurate.

I went through the drive-thru on a weekday around 4:30p/5p with my little boys with me trying to place their orders at the same time as soon as they heard a response through the speaker. I still needed a moment & the order taker/cashier didn't rush me. The staff was professional & gave good customer service. From the drive thru window, the restaurant looked very clean, neat & spacious. I couldn't help by notice the staffs uniforms were also neat & tidy (no stains). In my experience, I'd definitely go back there & would recommend this location to others.

Sent my food back 3 time to get it right half the employees dont speak English the manager dont speak English and most everyone is kids so they play and think everything's a joke, they translate incorrectly. I know this because I put me translator on, on my phone. The kid didn't even say what I said and the manager just told him to just say OK ypur right and say sorry.
