I went through the drive-thru on a weekday around 4:30p/5p with my little boys with me trying to place their orders at the same time as soon as they heard a response through the speaker. I still needed a moment & the order taker/cashier didn't rush me. The staff was professional & gave good customer service. From the drive thru window, the restaurant looked very clean, neat & spacious. I couldn't help by notice the staffs uniforms were also neat & tidy (no stains). In my experience, I'd definitely go back there & would recommend this location to others.

Sent my food back 3 time to get it right half the employees dont speak English the manager dont speak English and most everyone is kids so they play and think everything's a joke, they translate incorrectly. I know this because I put me translator on, on my phone. The kid didn't even say what I said and the manager just told him to just say OK ypur right and say sorry.

They got my whole order wrong the workers are very rude and don’t really listen, they also smelled like weed and looked high please check with your workers at the driver through night shift!!!!!

They literally ignored me as I waited at the drive-thru window and tried to act like I wasn’t there. I know they saw me because I saw a reflection of the 2 workers there smiling at each other to just keep ignoring me. I had pulled in while one worker was going in to work too and I drove up to the window twice and nothing. This was Jun28,2025 at around 04:30a. I guess they didn’t want to work because there wasn’t any cars this early, but it is open 24 hours. They could of at least acknowledged me and told me some lie that nothing was ready or something so I wouldn’t waste my time!

Purchased 3 $7.00 biggie bags on 6/18/25 and the fries and nuggets were stale in all 3 bags. Did not pay 22.00 for old food but I guess I did. The burger was saturated in mustard. The food is crap. I want my money back and will never go back

What's the point of being open 24 hours if when you show up late at night and the employees just straight up ignore you and won't take your order? Literally stood just out of sight at the window and waited for me to leave.
