Stopped in Thanksgiving night during our road trip to TRF. Staff was great and super courteous. We were very thankful they sacrificed their holiday to provide excellent service.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. My food arrived cold and was poorly put together. Additionally, the employee at the window was rude, unprofessional, and smelled strongly of marijuana. I stopped here while traveling on the interstate, and based on this visit, I’m glad it’s not a place I frequent. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers have a better experience.

We arrived at 12:28pm and had to wait until past 1am to be served our food. Lady at the drive thru sounded like she was either drunk, high, or just very tired cause she slured and sounded like she didnt know what she was doing and was just plain confused. Spent $20 on2 large cold fries and a sandwhich, worst experience from them in years.

Burgers were big in circumference, but pretty basic. Not what I thought the hype was about.

I got there at 7:30 AM and didn’t leave the drive thru until 7:50 AM. My food was not hot and no one apologized for the lack of service and wait. I won’t be returning to this location.
EDIT: I ended up trying this location again during the lunch hour. I ordered on the app and the service was quick and friendly. The manager on duty during lunch is so sweet! Seems the morning crew isn’t the best.
