Whataburger store #369 is needs drastic improvementin their service. Placing an online order and waiting 20+ minutes after my order should be ready when there are no cars in line, and only 2 cars in the parking lot, is unacceptable.

Row-after-row-after-row of $17.xx sandwiches. Eye👻 Guess🤔 it'll be 2 HEB & a loaf of bread & a 1/2-pound of generic chopped ham 4 Me. What I pay Whataburger for ONE (1) meal... I can eat THREE (3) Whole Days buying @ HEB.

Whataburger is not what it use to be..fries were not fresh..barely warm, meat on the hamburger was cold...didn't appear to be cooked when the burger was ordered.

This whataburger is right across from my house. And the one issues I seem to always have is I always have 1 item missing. Doesn't matter if I order online for pick up, delivery or I go through the drive thru they always miss 1 item.

I ordered a junior burger meal and the lettuce outweighed the burger . The fries were hard . I’m thinking for me to pull up and wait my food was going to be fresh and hot . Not saying the restaurant is horrible but I will never go to this location.
