Whataburger on 140 South Dowlen Rd in Beaumont has the absolute WORST customer service. We made a MOBILE order and get to the store to pick it up. My daughter and I go inside and both cashiers were being rude as hell to all the customers. We get to the register and I let the lady know we had a mobile order. She prints my receipt and gave me 2 of my cups for the fountain machine. My daughter ordered a shake, and I understand that is something that the staff has to make for us. Cool. We waited a good 10mins (mind you my mobile order should have been ready when we arrived according to what the app said) I noticed nobody has made an effort to make my daughters shake. The cashier Shanika is literally just standing there at the register with no customers. So I approached and said “Excuse me ma’am my daughter still needs her strawberry shake please.” She said “The shake machine is down so I don’t know what to tell you.” Excuse me??? I said “Ok no worries I’ll just take my money back then please.” To which she said “You did a mobile order. Get a refund on the app.” What!?! I asked for the manager at this time because nowhere on the app does it show where to get a refund. The manager Kierra then tells me “I don’t know what to tell you. We don’t give refunds for mobile orders.” Then proceeds to say she’s going to call the cops. Lol call the cops because you’re stealing my money?? Please do. Both were unbelievably rude as hell!! I would love for corporate to roll the cameras back because there is no way either of them should still have a job!! There was nowhere on the app to request a refund. You could “file a complaint” which I did and I will be disputing with my bank first thing in the morning. $40 and almost an hour wasted. Very annoyed and will do everything I can to make contact with corporate. Do better.

I was the only car in drive thru. Waited 9 mins for taquito and hash brown. The man at window didn't communicate with me, just took payment. Received my order, it was cold, no salsa and no napkins. I know for a fact it doesn't take 9 mins to cook those breakfast items, and it wasn't even hot. Gotta do better guys ...

I got four kids meals the girl literally asked if we wanted a cookie or something else i don’t remember and we said cookies they literally didn’t give us any cookies like be so Frr we waiting so long in that line just for them to mess up the the order and not give us cookies I’m so sad now cause me and my family don’t have any cookies ?

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This place should just close down. Every single time I have been here, I have to send my fries back for being cold or cooked in old grease! You would think I’d learn my lesson, or maybe they would?.. Last night was the last straw. There were only 2 cars in the drive thru. We waited a long time and these people gave us the wrong food and when I checked the receipt, the order in the bag was even different from what they printed on the receipt! How does this even happen?! No attention to detail and they do not care about preparing FAST food. When I called, the individual said I would have to drive back to the store and bring the food back before he could issue a refund! I hung up and threw that junk in the trash. I wouldn’t have to drive back and you wouldn’t have to issue a refund if you would just give me the food o just paid $26 for. Just go to Nederland if you want Whataburger.. that’s what we do and they NEVER miss!

When I pull up to the speaker at 4 am the recording says the store is closed yet this is a 24 hour establishment. So 3 other people left ahead of me.I pull around to the lobby and the worker eating with the headset on. I circle around to confront them and find out they are not closed yet the greeting says it. I continue to talk on the speaker and she finally answers and take my order.

The worker who was bringing orders out to waiting cars was wandering around asking people what they ordered-she didn't even know what she was bringing or to whom. The food was barely warm, and it even made one person sick at their stomach after eating.

I have never felt so disrespected at a Whataburger than I have tonight. My friend placed an order to be picked up between 11:45-11:50pm on 12/30/23. Keep in mind that we ordered two large fries and two drinks. That’s it. Now, I’m used to Whataburger having a long line around this time, so we did not mind. The issue was when we finally got to the window. The cashier asked us what the name on the order was, which we provided. However, she then proceeded to ask us if we submitted it to the right location, which we did and even showed her the app that also showed what we ordered. She borrowed my friend’s phone to inform the manager on duty, who in return questioned the cashier if we sent it to the correct location, yet again. The cashier then proceeded to tell us that there was no order corresponding with my friend’s name. The cashier tells us to pull to the side because they need for it to show up on their system so they can make it. As we wait, we see the cars behind us get their food. Currently, it’s 12:35am and we decided to leave with no fries and drinks in hand. The fact that we waited for so long and were disrespected despite the fact we had evidence we ordered is intolerable.
