Cylita Winford and the other employees service was AMAZING! She engaged with all her customers and gave constant updates about their order and how long we should expect it to be ready, with the help of the kitchen staff staying on beat with the flow of the orders. This location stays very busy, but she always keeps a cool, calm and collected atmosphere. My favorite location!

I want to leave a 5 star review, for the manager Jayln he is very knowledgeable and he actually listens. He is very polite and helpful and helpful keeps the store and staff on their toes. The store is clean and the staff is great. Mr Jayln is very polite and helpful and me and my family will be back be blessed.

I’m PISSED as I made a delivery order that was wrong and I’m TOLD BY THE “MANAGER” that she hasn’t a clue as to how to refund me my money for 5 wings or I can pick them up… I DON’T HAVE a CAR OR I WOULD NOT HAVE USED DELIVERY 🤬…. This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong … Well, I’M DONE!! They will never get another dime of my money !!! BUYER BEWARE WHEN USING DELIVERY 🤬🤬!!!!

I to had to wait 45 minutes after ordering to get our food. Looks like they prioritize online. I'm only leaving this because I'm Amazed at how many Horrible reviews this place has and yet the manager nor the owner are doing Anything about it!! That's Crazy!!!

The food was fried so hard that you can not swallow neither enjoy it . The flavor was amazing but the chicken was horrible you literally can not bite into it .it takes literally 30-40mins to get your food .

Horrible customer service, they told me my order was picked up by a delivery driver!! Then another driver told me my order was picked up by someone else! Called wingstop and told me to deal with DoorDash and that they couldn’t do anything, I didn’t even received a confirmation email for my order or anything, it took 1hour and 30 minutes and didn’t received nothing!! I ended up Canceling the order!!! Worst delivery service in the world!! Save your money and do not order on Wingstop!

I'm usually not critical of food service due to working it for years in my younger days but this place is absolutely the worst when it comes to customer service. Stood at the counter and was ignored for at least 10 minutes but was patient. Then one employee asked if I needed to order and then went on about their day. Finally got to place my order after about 10 or 15 minutes. Would of left but was committed and due to limited time for lunch didn't want to have to find another place. Trust me don't waste your time and go somewhere else..it was my first time and won't ever go back. Staff should be replaced or trained
