2nd Time doing having issues with an order. Ordered take-out, 2 ten-piece wings with other items. Received order stapled shut in a bag. Drove home, which is a far drive from Beaumont, and half of my order was missing. I can't even express how frustrating that is, when you pay for something, and it is too far, and too late to drive back to the location. I'm done. I doubt very seriously I will ever return. I do not recommend for take-out... avoid.

I'm a door dash driver and I was supposed to pick up an order at 9:07 tonight. I checked in at 9pm. After I got there most of the employees went outside and literally started rolling a blunt by the entrance. SMH. The order didn't finish till 9:30. I had to wait 30 minutes for an order that was supposed to be done in a timely manner. Do better!

Darius, Jared and Brad Best workers in the entire world got our food when there were 100 orders . They were so kind, and when people were being rude to them, they just turned another cheek and smiled. They deserve a raise and a promotion. All of them were so helpful
I'm surprised the police have not been called to this location. The smell of marijuana is strong. People are seen smoking joints while entering the restaurant with their Wingstop uniforms on. Managers are fighting at the front door, or cursing inside the restaurant. Music is blaring, the air conditioner does not work and the place smells like sewer. This place is not safe to bring children to eat. The fries are always overly seasoned, even if requesting light seasoning.

This is the worst wing stop location I have EVER been to. It took 45 mins to get our food. & Not only was Kammorha, the young lady taking orders extremely rude and unprofessional, I witnessed another customer let her know the restroom door handle was broke (after my husband had to go let him out of the restroom since the door was broken from the inside) she said āand you think I can do something about that??ā ABSOLUTELY unprofessional and hateful. I will never be back and Iāll make sure anyone I know knows not to come back.

My husband and I ate from here last night and we are both violently sick now. We knew something was off with the chicken. It didnāt taste completely cooked through. We didnāt even finish our food and we are insanely sick today. We will never be eating wing stop again
