If I can give one stars I would… like first off the cashier acted as if she was high and did not want to be there.. kept repeating my order over and over like if I had changed something.. Second, then the store smells horrible like a sewage pipe is stopped up. Third then you see the employees dropping food but cleaning and doing dishes and touching brooms then come back to the food not even washing there hands.. orders are just sitting in the fry baskets because the employees are to busy cleaning behind the prep table and sweeping when cleaning should be the last thing on your mind when your store is full of customers. I noticed who the manager was on duty and I’m surprised she was in the back washing dishes when you are having a late night dinner rush. As being a GM over the years for a fast paced restaurant I’m glad I never ran my stores like this.. just moved to Beaumont and this is my first and last time giving this place my money. Waited over 35mins for a simple 8piece combo

The literal worst service in beaumont. i was trying to place a to-go order over the phone i called multiple times and off different numbers. no answer. i placed a order online which i did not want to do so i could pay in cash. i went in at the time it said it would be ready & i got there and my order wasnt ready. i also called in the store & their phone was turned down. very unprofessional behavior!

So mad 😡! Came in today and ordered buffalo wings get all the way home and I have sauceless wings! The girl at the counter was already acting as if she didn’t want to be there and not paying attention. Yes, I should’ve checked my order before I left but she should’ve checked it before putting it in the bag

Horrible customer service, manager really needs to be fired. Didn’t even get my food, manager REFUSED me a refund, others were waiting for 2+ hours, everyone in the building is getting ignored by workers and they’re trying to lock people out. I have worked in the food industry and never have I seen such blatant disrespect and disgusting behavior coming from workers, but a MANAGER. Do yourself a favor and order from the other one in Beaumont.

Walked in and loud rap music was being played on a Bluetooth speaker speaking offensive language. I waited a hour to get the food and then they told me it was ready the whole time. I went home with cold food and found some type of small worms inside. Will not be coming back. I wish I can sue.

We ordered online order, the order was wrong we ordered 20 boneless wings and 20 bone in wings in total we got 40 bone less chicken and no bone in and I’m standing there starving because I worked a 5 hour shift and all I get is boneless wings. I don’t recommend this place to anyone the, staff are all gloomy the order is all wrong.
