OVERPRICED! 23.99/lb for crawfish!!Tried to book Zeke's Cajun Kitchen for a crawfish boil but instead we got overpriced, horrible customer service instead!1) Charged us a 3.5% convenience fee for using a credit card the first time we paid, which is not a problem. However, when we upped our quantity and went to pay again, the convenience fee increased to 5%.2) We also got charged a service fee twice. Once the first time we paid and a second when we increased our quantity, even though they would not be providing additional employees to work the event.3) We ended up canceling their services for our boil and asked for a refund but they would not allow it. Instead, they deleted all contracts that were signed digitally so we could not access them to verify policies. This is a horrible company who scams customers.

Markisha and Jamai with Zeke’s Cajun Kitchen did an awesome job catering our son’s graduation celebration. Throughout the entire planning process they were patient, courtesy, flexible, timely, and professional. But, most importantly the food was great! Our menu consisted of sausage on a stick, shrimp on a stick, fried chicken wings with fries, and crawfish etouffee with rice. Everyone enjoyed the food and raved about how tasty it was. I highly recommend Zeke’s Cajun Kitchen!
