Small place, but service and food fabulous. Graciously accomodated slight changes for a GF diner. I was only in the area for the weekend, and managed to stop in based on reviews. Did not disapoint!
Dietary restrictions: Fresh veggies in lieu of pita bread. Plenty of vegetarian options. Italian menu for those not a fan of mediteranian food.

Yum!!! Stopped in for a quick bite around 2 on a Friday. We had a gyro, closest thing to a chicken sandwich and app platter. All items on platter were pretty good. We missed the buffet, but the reviews are good and the app platter was delicious. Would recommend and return.

Food was exceptional, service was friendly and helpful, prices were reasonable. Alwadi Cafe is a hidden jewel in the HEB area. Highly recommend.
Salad, cauliflower and other stuff was amazing, so also service and atmosphere. But their Baklava wasn't great. I strongly recommend visiting their grocery store next door.
