Got to go the other day in the evening. Just wanted to say the man taking my order in the drive thru offered exceptional service. Very friendly, put in the sauces, napkins- didn’t even have to double check or ask! Which is a usual problem when I go to drive thru’s.
I didn’t get his name but he made the experience better than usual.

Customer service was great but my food was luke warm and the fries wre keft out fries, not fresh . Haven't had Arby's in a long while and was excited. If I go next time ill just ask for everything to be fresh and check before I leave.. visit was bummer

I have been to this Arby's twice recently. I very rarely eat at an Arby's but I had a coupon and thought I would give it a try. The first time, I went through the drive through and was amazed at the friendliness and kindness of the gentleman who waited on me. I'm sorry I didn't get his name because he was a really genuine person who seemed to love his job and the customers he served. It made my day. I went back today and Alecia waited on me inside. She was incredibly personable and kind. The same gentlemen at the drive-through came and said hello too. Both times I left Arby's feeling happier than when I got there. Plus the food was amazing. Thanks Arby's for hiring such great people!

I stopped by Arby’s for a quick lunch and had a great experience! Janice greeted me at the drive-thru window with a big smile, even during the busy lunch rush. She was super friendly and upbeat, and even offered to upgrade my drink to a large. My food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Great service and great food, thanks, Janice!

I like the King Hawaiian deluxe fish sandwich. I wish it was available all year and not just seasonal.
Vegetarian options: They pride themselves in having the "meats" I didn't see any alternative meat items on the menu.
