Having lived in Argentina for two years, Im always looking for their food. In some ways it's like my second home, and stopping for an Alfajor Maicena is a little way of going back. I also had an empenada, and a pizza. Argentina pizza is unique and delicious. Take a moment to treat yourself, you won't regret it.
Sweet , yes play on words meant. I stopped in here to pick something for someone Special, and the sweets are authentic Argentina style and displayed nicely. Lady behind the counter was super helpful. I didn't take a picture, as I forgot and items were placed neatly in a box and bag. Thanks much 😊
I walk in a cold day and the lady came out to greet me with a welcoming smile. It's cold, I said and ask her if she had any coffee. She brought out a portable heater and connected by where i was sitting down and served me the best coffee and gave examples of some of her homemade pastries. The carmel is a distinct taste which gave the pastries a delicious taste. I will make more visits to Argentins Sweet & Salty Bakery. Thank so much for your generosity.
