We used to come here weekly and ever since it was sold/the original owners retired it has gone down hill significantly with the level of service and quality - both product and staff. Today was our final trip after a string of extremely slow service and payment issues. We always order smalls in a medium cup - kids are messy and the extra space helps prevent minor spills/leaks - and have never had an issue but today they charged us for medium cups. When we paid we just thoughts she misheard us and was giving us mediums. When the snow cone were finally passed out the window to us she asked is the sizing was ok since we asked for smalls in a medium cup. So we asked why we were charged for mediums then if we only received the small amount. We were told that because we got medium cups we had to be charged for mediums, which should not be the case. Unfortunately, this has tipped the scales and we’re now looking for a new show cone place.

This is my favorite shaved ice place. They even accommodated me by adding black cherry into their sugar-free menu. They have an extensive sugar-free menu, which I love, and they have tasty brisket sandwiches.

Absolutely love thiss place! I’ve been coming here over 20 years. The employees always show great customer service and being respectful. Special shoutout to Zeb though! Always kind at the window, he sold me on their Smoked brisket this summer right before it launched. I came almost everyday but it was sold out! Zeb kept his smile, would apologize, and encourage me to come the next day (and I did…hides face). This went on for a solid 2 wks. Finally got there as they were opening, (slides down seat customer #1 of that day) and it was worth the wait! It was reallly good!
Recommendation: As far as snow balls go, they seem to have all the flavors! Even sugar free which you can’t tell the difference.
My go to is strawberry jubilee with cheese cake and cream (evaporated milk) with extra juice.

We love this Snoball spot!! It's far from home, but anytime we end up in the area we make sure to stop by for a cold tasty treat! So many flavors & combinations to chose from, and the price is great! I wish we lived closer!!
Kid-friendliness: Outdoor tables with chalk to draw on the sidewalk, and the kid's mini size!! Super kid-friendly!!!

They have free chalk to draw on the pavement with and a hopscotch spot. Loved their snocones. I got a half n half Pina Colada, Tigersblood. Prices reminiscent of pre-covid inflation prices.
Is it just me or did they change the sizes? I think the large is now a medium... It took them about 8 minutes to make it as well. This is not the Bedford Snowball I've known for years.

I have been coming to Bedford snowball for over 20 years and now they have sold it and the New ppl have changed the ice is chippy and hard instead of like snow plus they just got my Order wrong im so disappointed with them like if its not BROKE DONT FIX IT THATS HOW THEY GOT ALL THE BUSINESS LIKE WHY CHANGE A PERFECT SYSTEM. And thats why i gave yall ONE STAR.
