The food was excellent and very fresh. They brought our food out as it became available from the sushi bar, which made a nice and even-paced dining experience where we could enjoy our food fully. The staff were friendly and fast and attentive.

I loved Blu Bear until the day they sat me in the corner outside and forgot about me and my date. I was one of their first customers and have recommended them to sooo many people. But one Friday night they sat me outside (I don’t mind waiting for a legit table) and no one ever came..like ever! Don’t worry, I have patience, so we went inside hoping to be acknowledged but that was not the case.
Too bad we lost a subpar sushi place..meh.

I finally had the chance to go here, and it was just as good, if not better than I was expecting. The salmon was the best quality I have ever had and everything we got was super fresh. I’ve been to Japan and this is was still some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. We will definitely come back. Salmon and apple and the takoyaki were definitely a 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful spread at Bleu Bear Sushi! We tried the Miso Soup, Chicken Karaage, Masubi Roll, Grilled Baby Octopus, Shrimp Tempura Roll, and the Salmon Snow Crab Bowl. Everything was sooo delicious and Apple took fantastic care of us and was very friendly. Will be back!

I went here because of all the great reviews, but honestly, it wasn’t really worth the price. The rice was too soft and there was just too much of it. The fish slices on the nigiri were quite thin, and the rolls were more than half rice. That said, the place was clean and the staff were friendly, so the overall atmosphere was nice — just not the best value for the money.

The Omakase is a wild building experience, the food at the start is delicious. But as you continue down each roll, it just gets better and more flavorful with each piece. I would recommend a good Sake and some ginger to help cleanse the pallet between each piece. First time I tried Uni, and it was delicious. I give sincere compliments to the chef, they're making masterpieces.

First timers here at Bleu Bear! Our experience was amazing and the food was delicious. Our server, Anthony, was very friendly and knowledgeable.
We had a Lychee Martini, the Wagyu gyoza, Red Dragon Roll and the beef teriyaki bowl!

This is the fourth time we’ve come here and it has never disappointed. The service is excellent and the food is out of this world. Hands down the best sushi we’ve had in the metroplex.

Extremely rude. Made my wife cry on our anniversary date. Wasn’t our first choice but we ended up being short on time and picked this place. Told the server ahead of time that we do not eat raw salmon and want it fully cooked. Server said ok. First roll salmon was cooked and it was great. 2nd one was raw, and when asked for her to take it back and cook the salmon they had an attitude. Came back and said they won’t do it and to pick another roll. I told them that I want that roll with all the toppings, just with cooked salmon and they were extremely rude. Stated “we will not change the roll for you because if you don’t like it you’ll return it” which instantly upset us. We did not return the roll because we “didn’t like it” we returned it because they said it would be fully cooked and it wasn’t. 0/10 recommend. Service was horrible and rude. Spent $55 on a terrible night.
