Absolutely horrendous service. Could not even get seated. Walked in the door at 10:30 on Friday night. Was ignored repeatedly by all three servers working and the restaurant was not that busy. Saw multiple people walk in and leave because of not being served. Left after 20 minutes of being ignored. Most interaction we got was a server brushing past us saying excuse me, not a word past that. Absolutely pathetically ran location.

Doordashed 20 wings and asked for 4 ranch cups on the side. They gave us like one little squirt of ranch in each cup not even equal to one full cup. Very disappointed.

From the moment we walked in, our experience at this location was top-notch. We were greeted warmly by the staff and seated immediately.
The service was a true highlight. Our server, Regan, was the perfect example of excellent service- polite, kind, and consistently ensuring our drinks were full without ever being intrusive. What really stood out was the presence of the General Manager, David. He was actively on the floor, working alongside the crew, checking on customers, and supporting his team. It speaks volumes about the culture and commitment to quality here.
The food was phenomenal. Every dish we ordered was served hot, fresh, and was clearly made with care. The timing between our courses was perfect, allowing us to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace.
This is an outstanding location to dine in, run by a fantastic team. We will definitely be back!

UPDATE 7/11/25 Staff was standing around, took more than 13 min to be greeted by a server. People were sat and getting served that were after us.
The food was good, the drinks were good, and our server was great. BUT, the host was terrible. The manager, bartender, and servers were all standing around like we were invisible.
I am very disappointed in the overall service. Though our server tried hard to make up for it.

Would give zero stars if I could! The hostess was rude. The waitress did not check on us. My husband’s beer came out late. The food took forever, then it was cold, and the portions were tiny. Then, I saw a GIANT ROACH crawl on the wall and down behind our booth. It made my skin crawl. We were ready to pay, and didn’t see our waitress for at least 20 minutes. I couldn’t take it anymore, especially after seeing the roach. I told my husband I’d meet him in the car while he continued to wait for our waitress to pay. Worst experience ever! Save yourself the time and money eh and go somewhere else.

I want to start with saying this has nothing to do with the waitress….but our food was cold and the wings were fried so hard it hurt the roof of my mouth…our drink tasted like whatever syrup they used to make the margarita…my daughter wings were suppose to be I guess Cajun and it was LITERALLY plain wings with some season thrown on them and because I ate 4 out of the 10 wings a discount or anything wasn’t an option. I definitely won’t be back. WASTE OF MONEY

The sauces were all very salty and not flavored well. Staff was great though
I ordered the blazin knockout flavor traditional wings and they turned out to be so damn hot and I thought I could handle any level of hot but well I was wrong and the manager Nikki and our server Snow were so nice and kind that they changed and brought me mango habanero flavor ones and it works well as it’s less hot. So great service and good food, great place to watch the games, highly recommended!

Extremely disappointing service. Despite only three occupied tables and seven servers on staff, no one approached us to offer assistance. I visited with my family for dinner—it was their first time trying this place—and we were all very frustrated by the lack of attention and care.
