Burger King has gone to the dogs. Customer service was half ass at best. The app barely works and it indicated free fries with a dollar purchase. I ordered a whopper for 4.00 and the manager would not include the free fries. Then she copped a nasty attitude. Not to mention the burger tasted like cardboard and the bun must have been old. Just a very bad experience. I used to really like BK and would eat there at least once a week. Now it's maybe every six months. It's just not the same at all.

I tried there new Swiss Mushroom melt. I was disappointed. The cheese did Not taste like Swiss. I would recommend it. The Whopper is better.

So I go there twice a month and they always for get to put the rest of my food in the bag and then when I call to try to get it fixed no one picks up the phone and can't go in and tell them bc they always have the door locked

Disappointed, had to get a refund after ordering at 6:00pm and they took forever it’s currently 6:23, no sorry no “it’s coming out rn” no friendly service or anything. There was absolutely zero customers and when there was customers coming in they had the same issue long wait time, forgot to mention there was about 5 employees that I counted so it’s weird that I never received my order

The food is great like all the time. It’s made fresh but the wait time is ridiculous. I come at different times to get a feel for the service. Today I just lacked patience waiting in line at the drive through. Even when I went inside, you only see one girl busting her ass while others just move casually in the kitchen, which definitely is not cool. Girl deserves a raise.
This Texas double whopper is huge. Fries seasoned well. And drive thru clean, good service.

Ordered a whopper meal and pieced together my own chicken nugget meal (because I guess no one likes chicken enough to make that a combo?) And my whopper came with only sauce. No lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. And I also ordered 2 fries with the meals and got 1 fry and 1 onion ring. Besides that, just the normal Burger King that takes 20 minutes to take your order and serve you food with no one in line.
