I waited over 18 minutes for my order even though it was already prepared and sitting next to the employee.
When I calmly pointed out the excessive delay, the employee responded with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude, tightly holding the order and refusing to hand it over unless I confirmed in the app — despite the fact that I had already written my name, the customer’s name, and my arrival time.
Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the employee laughed mockingly, which escalated the frustration and showed a clear lack of respect.
This kind of behavior reflects poor customer service standards and a serious need for staff training. Management should take this feedback seriously, as this experience was unacceptable and completely avoidable.

Every single time we come here they mess up our order and or leave one of the meals completely out. They either never have shakes or they don't actually blend them my chocolate shake should not be vanilla until I mix it together. The staff is rude and impatient.

The Best Burger King in DFW, very clean newly remodeled BK. The staff are all Latinos so they cook tbe meals well and no dirty stuff going on inside. The staff is very professional, no insects, roaches or any disgusting things inside the kitchen and they dont spit on your food.

I would highly recommend this Burger King 😊😋🥳👏🏻👏🏻💖💖

Got a Wednesday deal, the guy at drive thru can not speak good English
He took it upon himself to upgrade my drink and added some of the worst onion rings I have ever seen/tasted. So my 3.99 special went to 9.75 . The food was horrible , food is premade and just sits there until someone orders it. Horrible nasty taste and smell. These people are trying to poison us. Will never return
