After 23 years of being loyal and frequent customers ... we are done! On two previous visits we encountered roaches, advised management and accepted their apologies and gracious offers to encourage our return. We took a few months break before trying again because we really wanted to continue our patronage. Well, last Saturday our meal was once again (3rd time) ruined by roaches in very plain sight. However, the new manager wasn't apologetic, caring or seemingly interested in securing future business, which our wonderful waiter indicated would be her response. If roaches are crawling out from under pictures, scurrying across tables and running across the floor ... can you imagine what's happening in the kitchen? Hey, I get it, it's Texas - we have bugs. But multiple encounters, plus the lack of concern is a huge red flag. Time for some serious pest control and customer service skills. We've seen enough ... Bye, Bye!

The food was pretty good for the price, it reminded me of Italy. I actually didn't see a lot of the iconic Sicilian items on here like Spaghetti ai ricci di mare or pasta alla norma but that's okay, it's Dallas man! The decor was really a nice surprise inside! Ended up getting the rigatoni with sausage added. It was nice that they gave free complementary bread! Service was great, always very attentive

It is that time again. Actually it started 2 weeks ago. Italian food on Fridays to carb up for a cycling rally. Tomorrow is 44th Muenster Metric Century Bicycle Rally so we selected Cafe Sicilia. My sponsor does not sponsor my addiction meals. We have not been here in 9 years. My sponsor really loves their pizza, she had the meat lovers pizza. I ordered the angel hair pasta with meat sauce. We both started off with a side salad. Delicious meal. Maybe we will not take such a long absence.

Really good Italian food; the pasta was cooked perfectly
After a horrible takeout experience 4 years ago we tried again. You could taste the frozen on the tiny cut of lasagna that tasted somewhat of Stouffer's with some added sauce. Granted it was better than the slice of cheese lying over two lasagna noodles with watered down sauce as a few years ago. I will say their bread is very good. We will keep our business a little down the street going forward.

The bread was good ?We ordered 2 different dishes with chicken and pasta, and sauce flavors of both were very similar. mediocre at best.Also, they should update the menu here after raising prices!
