The service was good but the food wasn't. The food was not hot nor warm, and we found hair in one of our plates. Our appetizer looked like they were scraps and the broccoli cheddar was not stirred completely, so it still had cheese powder there. :(

Never disappoint. Always consistent. So much food for the price. Love the monster cookie. Unfortunately my favorite item, the fried jalapeño cheeseburger was taken off the menu but there are plenty of other good options to choose from. The wait is never too long.

Poor cleanliness of the restaurant, everywhere you looked there’s trash, under the tables, trash left in atended and the broom on the side of the stairs steps to the bar area. We got a booth and the seating was sticky and wet. Addressed this with the waiter which she was really really nice kudos to her- her name is Kathryn. She really did try to make it right for us. The young gentleman “cleaning tables” Diego, less than hospitable, listening to his music on his ear buds and whipping his hair all over the place while “cleaning tables and chairs very lightly” - like if it was the hardest job on earth that he had to do. Seriously people hire someone that will make your place standout! Unfortunately we never got a visit, an apology or a follow up from management or a shift team leader. No wonder why this place looks the way it does! Food was ok, service a 10 from our waiter.

Came here mainly to redeem a free cake coupon I got for my half birthday and have a little date night. Our server was prompt and accurate. We only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The food tasted good and the portions were good as usual. The chocolate cake was delicious! Great experience overall!

Nice place, attentive staff. Ordered the shrimp and chicken strip beer battered. Mmm... not like it much, I wouldn't order again. Couldn't tell what was shrimp or chicken. To crusty, chicken had very hard and fried portions on it, not chewable. Oh well, the drinks were good. Had a good scoring night ? ?.

One of the oldest restaurants in Bedford and they still have the same fans in the bar area although they did a big remodel 5+ years ago. My husband loves the place (he likes fried food) but I find it extremely average both food and service. I gave in and went the other night and was underwhelmed overall but it was crowded so a few people must like it…

Went to Cheddar’s to get 2 Chicken Fried Chicken double dinners. It was right before closing so they gave me the leftover green beans, and it was a very small portion. The mashed potatoes wasn’t fresh possibly leftovers also! And to top it off, they didn’t give us any gravy! I know it was close to closing but you always give the best customer service from start to finish! Horrible!

Went to Cheddar’s to get 2 Chicken Fried Chicken double dinners. It was right before closing so they gave me the leftover green beans, and it was a very small portion. The mashed potatoes wasn’t fresh possibly leftovers also! And to top it off, they didn’t give us any gravy! Have not been to this restaurant in a couple of years. Today we visited the establishment and had an awesome meal, excellent service and it's strange to say that all the employees seem to work well together and get along like a well-oiled machine. Every waiter that I encountered or watched serve their tables were friendly polite and it actually overwhelmed me. I'm not used to such good service. The bus boy was on top of every table cleaning the table tops and the seats. A young girl came in and threw up in the entryway of the lobby because she had too much heat and they immediately cleaned that up and apologized to everybody and took care of that. While I was there I noticed them wiping off the front door handles and front windows. Again, wow! This place exceeded my expectations and I am very difficult to please! I highly, highly recommend this restaurant for great quality food and great service!!! Unfortunately, I did not get the name of my waitress. However, all the waiters and waitresses I encountered in the restaurant were all professional and extremely courteous and friendly.
We had a wonderful server, very thoughtful and intuitive, and she was absolutely on task keeping our drinks filled and checking in to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. Very clean location, comfortably decorated without any kitschy elements, a "casual elegance", if you will. Excellent menu choices and the food really was quite good, the pricing very reasonable.

The service was great but the food was horrible. I had to send my food back because the chicken tenders and shrimp combo I ordered were overcooked and tasted like old grease. I told my server and she was extremely apologetic. she said that she would have the. remake my food. She even said that my food was overcooked. Mind you she was not the person that brought our food. I literally sat there and watch my husband eat his food while it took another 30 minutes for them to bring mine. I was so frustrated I told them to cancel the order. that is when the server advised me that they had 1 fryer down. I was hungry and irritated not at my server but at the establishment because they need to step up and fix the problems. It will be a very long time before I return.

I have never had a poor experience at this location. The food is great, the drinks are great (100% the Island Tiki), and the service is phenomenal! The hostess when we were there last night was so sweet! Our waiter was an older gentleman that was so sweet and funny and more than accommodating. I was quite impressed with the entire experience. What a perfect spot for a girls night!

I go to Cheddar's quite often. Their steak is always very good. They've started giving their honey buttered croissants to every customer and those are spectacular. Our recent visits have been very good. The wait staff have been very friendly and helpful. Do not be concerned if they want to seat you in the bar area if there's just two to four people because the service is great, it's not too loud and really no different than in the main restaurant.

We were sat down quick enough, it took a little while to get waited on, then our food was forgotten about, we were then served our food by a different waitress, who realized we were still waiting for our food, we were never offered refills. The food itself was awesome. The place seems really clean.
