I went inside to pick up my order since the drive thru line was longer than usual. I walk inside I’m not greeted or asked if I’ve been helped for more than 10min. Many employees walked past me and made eye contact. None including the lead said anything to me. Others who came in after me were getting their orders before me. Finally an employee asked if I’ve been helped but he saw me when I walked in… he walks away after I said yes. Then the lead hands me my bag of food. Then hands another person their food and drink. I said I’m missing my drinks. She said give me a min. Why wouldn’t you give me my drinks when you gave me my food? Instead you hand someone else their order and I’m still there waiting… could have said “I’m going to get your drinks but I’m going to give them their order really quickly”. Or if they were too busy any one of those employees could have said “I’ll be right with you”. After she gave me my drinks she didn’t say anything or “my pleasure”. Terrible customer service.

This is one of the best chick fil a's in the area! They are fast, especially given the volume of business in the area. I've never received an order that was not fulfilled correctly, and my food has always been hot and well prepared.

A well run Chick-fil-A, though the parking and access can be a little tricky due to where it is situated. Not too crowded when I've been, and the food and service is great as always
The service is always incredibly fast and friendly, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. That spicy chicken sandwich is unbeatable! A perfect meal every time. Highly recommend stopping by for a great experience.

Chick-fil-A is always been mine. Favorite place to eat a quick meal. But this particular location Food Service and preparation makes me kind of skeptical. After taking a bite of the chicken sandwich I didn't need any more of it. It didn't taste great, not like the chicken fillet I'm used to getting.
