Went through the drive through got a 29 piece family meal. 3 additional sides got home to find that I didn’t get my corn nuggets or fries :( called up there and they said come back up, drove 10 mins back and they didn’t apologize and they didn’t even compensate for their mistake same size I bought so thank you for forgetting my sides and wasting my time. Absolutely horrible customer service

The chicken is still awesome but I asked for corn nuggets and got jalapeño poppers, asked for tenders and got mixed chicken asked for the serendipity seasoning and didn't get it probably miscommunication but a little disappointing

I rarely eat inside at fast food locations but I decided to this time and wasn't disappointed. The staff was very friendly, the food was great, the area clean, and the service was fantastic. I had 4 kids to juggle with me and the staff was phenomenal.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The chicken is SO greasy...WELL, that's if they can fill the order correct. TWICE NOW recently. After placing my order and repeated back by the employee correctly, I didn't received what I ordered. How are you not able to read an order and fill it!? The first time I let it go, now this time after ordering food for a work meeting, they didn't complete my order. After calling and asking for a manager, some guy claimed he was, but refused to give me his name or the store owners name for that matter. Franchise...yup! After explaining that my order had missing food, he refused to return my money for the food not received. Instead, he wanted me to go back there with the food. Did I mention it was a work meeting? The others were already eating. How ridiculous is that to ask someone. He claimed, I could be anyone asking for their money back...What? I just left 15 min ago. DON'T bother going and taking the risk of it happening to you.

Stopped by after work and grabbed a family meal to take home to the hubby and kids. Even with a 15+ minute drive home, the food was still fresh and delicious. It was clear the food had NOT been sitting under heat lamps all day and for that I am appreciative! Will definitely make this our go to Chicken E!
They have a new young black girl she is awesome, i believe she said her name was Jazlyn. She was very help and pleasant to speak with, she did a good job on up selling to me my meal. She entice me to try the spicy tenders and she didn't not disappoint they were delicious. I will be going back for those tenders. Great food and even better service. Im an easy up sell anyways, nobody ever up sells to me here just takes my order, but she did. Kudos to her.

Drive through order of a family meal. Young woman seemed annoyed to have to take my order, talked over me and sounded like she was one of those hunched over people on drugs just barely alive enough to operate at all. I worked drive through in my teens and I never treated anybody like this, I also know how that job can be so I'm extra respectful and kind while placing my order. Unacceptable truly.
