Stopped by after work and grabbed a family meal to take home to the hubby and kids. Even with a 15+ minute drive home, the food was still fresh and delicious. It was clear the food had NOT been sitting under heat lamps all day and for that I am appreciative! Will definitely make this our go to Chicken E!

They have a new young black girl she is awesome, i believe she said her name was Jazlyn. She was very help and pleasant to speak with, she did a good job on up selling to me my meal. She entice me to try the spicy tenders and she didn't not disappoint they were delicious. I will be going back for those tenders. Great food and even better service. Im an easy up sell anyways, nobody ever up sells to me here just takes my order, but she did. Kudos to her.

Drive through order of a family meal. Young woman seemed annoyed to have to take my order, talked over me and sounded like she was one of those hunched over people on drugs just barely alive enough to operate at all. I worked drive through in my teens and I never treated anybody like this, I also know how that job can be so I'm extra respectful and kind while placing my order. Unacceptable truly.

It is just like any other CR but this particular one had amazing catfish. My grandson was with us. He is a Taco Bueno or Chick Fillet person but now he is a convert. He loved the catfish & chicken fingers & hush puppies. Grandpa #2 said it was the best catfish & he lived in New Orleans for years. Try the catfish.

Slow service , food is always cold . And the short girl at the window with braces and acne was rude when I asked for a cup of ice because my tea barely had any. Wouldn’t recommend this location .
Today is my birthday and I wanted chicken Express for dinner. The chicken was cold and old and there was a hair in the box of chicken. I got a refund and left. But they acted like it wasn't a big deal. They clearly didn't want my business or returned business. I won't ever go back here.

Prices are so high for tiny tenders that aren't even good. Pretty much every other chicken place is better in the area and cheaper.

The mashed potatoes were disgusting looking super watery.. Definitely weren't the white fluffy looking potatoes I'm used to. I just threw them away couldn't get myself to eat them. Everything else was on point and delicious

Eh. It was okay. Chicken was hot and fresh. A little salty honestly. I've had better. Fries were okay. Corn fritters are great. Cole slaw was dry. Overall, decent for fast food. Better than KFC, on par with church's chicken, not as good as Bushs chicken ( san antonio area)

Got the 3 piece fish. Mac n chs, corn fritters & extra tartar. I had to wait about 8 min for them to cook it fresh & it was really good 👍
