I literally got ZERO lettuce, no sour cream, and about 2 tablespoons of rice and a few shreds of cheese! Obviously I was given what they had left over for the night but they charged me full price! I’ve been trying to get thru to the manager for over 20 minutes . Their BS automated system refused to let me talk to a live person! This store SUCKS!!!!!! They continue to tell me that the store is closed when it is not!!! The VERY WORST part is their automated system refuses to let you talk to anyone!!!! This Chipolte SUCKS!!!!!

I just want to shout out the team here. They were hustling and working quickly to get orders out and they were swamped with online orders and walk in customers. Even though it was tiring and frustrating they managed to still service us with a smile!! Will be coming here for all of my chipotle orders :)

Food is good we love their chips but not anymore. We opened our bag of chips and they were not seasoned, not even salt. I kindly ask the cashier if she could give me a regular bag of chips since those ones were plain. Of course she looked at my very rude and her answer was: “ We don’t put salt on the chips, we never do it. “
We had chipotle chips plenty of times and they always same some salt and seasoning. They probably forgot this time but the employee answer was rude. It doesn’t take more than 5 seconds just to check if there is a bag of chips properly prepared.

Ordered take out and I paid nearly $5 for extra meat just for them the barely give me anything. I didn't get many veggies as I wanted a heavy meat based protein meal and the SMOTHERED it with sour cream. Made the whole thing basically soup. The chips were very stale and the side of salsa I got was a joke. They couldn't even be bothered enough to fill up the cup. It was maybe half way. Was very disappointed. Tried to call and see about talking with a manager, and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I'm not angry but it's very frustrating to pay quite a bit for something that ends up being the main thing that is lacking on your meal.
