The turkey was tender and very good. I gave it a three star because the brisket was very tough and I’m used to having Tinder brisket.

Do not go to the Dickeys on Industrial Blvd in Bedford I ordered the 2 meat plate and they gave me a container with scraps in it, the okra was mushy and salty......I will never go there again this is the second chance I've given them and the last and I will be calling customer service about the disgusting food they are serving people and no number to call where you can actually talk to someone about the money I wasted on their crap food.....won't happen again and I'll leave a review about this location anywhere I can find to post one..

Disappointing is an understatement. I ordered in the app for curbside delivery. Showed up 5 mins early. Sat for 10 mins. Walked in and the food was just sitting in the counter. I ordered extra pickles for $1 and got 4 whopping slices. I can’t believe that!
Everything was cold. The brisket and turket was dry and bland. The fried okra was way over salted. The bread was A ROCK. Totally unacceptable especially for what I spent.

Ordered food here last week. Door dash delivered it. The food was all in the bag. Like it had been shook up. Called left message and made a complaint online. Never heard from anyone

I wasted $43 for nothing the brisket Was very bland and tough and the Polish sausage was bad and the buns from the sandwich were very hard. The pickles seem like they’ve had them around for about three weeks. They were very soft and dry and their coleslaw wasn’t very good either the staff was really nice and the atmosphere was nice, but the food sucked

Ordered online to go. Our baked potatoes were cold, seemed old or overcooked because they were tough to cut up, small for $13 each. Don't make any modifications requests because they weren't even LOOKED AT! It was CLEARLY printed on my "to go" recept on the bag. I guess I will NEVER go to this location again.

Went to the drive through today and order 6 piece wings and potato. I waited a significant amount of time to get my order and the young lady held my card entirely too long . Once home took one bite in my wings and they were not cooked all the way … each wing was still pink on the inside very disturbing and very unhealthy I’ve order plenty of times from
Dickey’s but it will be a very long time before I go back again
I called back to location and young lady told me to call back in 15 mins for manager !!! No ma’am put him/her on phone NOW ! Spoke with manager Carlos in which I told
Him what happened and how I was very disappointed and it’s very frustrating that u wait so long to get food that is not done . Carlos said he would credit my account for the wings (which it should have been for the entire meal) and that I could come
Back any time and he would give me a free replaced meal . Thanks Carlos but no thanks I’m gonna stay away from dickeys for a while .

The food is very pricey over all the staff was very friendly will not b back i spent over 70 dollar on 2 meals for 2 people

This was the worst experience i ever had. I ordered 2 brisket sandwiches 1 order of fries and a turkey sandwich with onions. First of all.the buns were hard , hardly no meet and then charged me for the onions onthe turkey sandwich. The fries were burnt and soggie we just threw them away. Then they charged a fee for renewal and recycle. 38.51 down the tubes. I will never eat there again and ill be sure to spread the word

I ordered chopped brisket what I got was sliced, it was so tough you could not chew it. I would give it to the dog but he couldn't chew it neither he walked away. I will not be back again.
