Ordered my pizza, didn't arrive. I tried to call, no one answers the phone. The tracker showed it was delivered 20 mins prior...I waited and tried to call. I got out in the pouring rain to find out what was going on. I was met by Alex Martinez, the "manager". Worse customer service EVER!! No apology, snide, and rude. Told me that they aren't answering the phone. It was ringing off the hook when I was there. We've been ordering from here for years....it has become horrible....read full review
2nd time in a row my order has been messed up. didn't bring whole order the 1st time. was told they would add a credit so to call in next order and they would take care of it.
now today they charge more than $20 extra for a duplicate order then they bring the "duplicate" order not correct. and they still overcharged....
