Employees dropped off pizza at wrong location after I waited an hour, and tried to tell me it’s at my home over and over. Unless the box was invisible… no it was not delivered to me.
Food was dissapointing. I go to dominos all the time and this time i order the speciality pizza it lack of quality. The sauce was so light or no sauce at all cant even taste it. Sad. The worker are nice but they need to be better prepare on the food since it lack of quality. The atmosphere was loud when i go in. It feel like i was at the club.

Three consecutive orders in a row took more than 2hours.
I ended up driving to tge store on all occasions for what was a delivery order.

Marked delivered, never received, no one answers the phone
Pizza quality was adequate. Delivery was not, took 25 minutes longer than it should and my pizza was delivered cold.
This location has THE WORST service. EVERYTIME I order delivery there is an issue. From them tagging it as delivered, when it hasn't been, then it's another 20 minutes before it is. Wrong food deliveries, rude drivers, liing, being put on hold for 10 to 15 minutes, then hung up on. Im going back to Pizza Hut!

I'm not here to complain about the pizza, it was fine. I'm complaining about last night. Your employees not being able to count money. My tab was $3.56 (one free pizza and a 2 liter bottle of Coke). I gave the guy a $20 bill and 56¢ (one quarter, three dimes and a penny). I had to count the change for him twice because he couldn't and said I needed $17 back. He just looked bewildered. He told me to keep the change and gave me back $16 and then said he gave me $17. I counted it back and showed him it was only $16 he gave me. He handed me another dollar, and then I gave him my 56¢ change and I said that will make us even. He then walked away without giving me my food and didn't come back. Finally another employee eventually handed me my food order.
You need to sit your employees down and show them how to count money. I learned this at 17 working at a self serve gas station in the 70s.
The delivery driver that brought my food never gave me my change on a 25 dollar ticket I am never ordering from dominos again

Overall, the product quality was subpar, not only the first time when my pizza did not match the photos I posted above, but also in terms of the distribution of toppings, which looked good, and the friendly staff. The gentleman at the front, whose name I did not catch, seemed very professional and I assumed he might be the General Manager of the restaurant. However, Nina informed me that there would be a 30-minute wait time for my order to be remade, which I found excessive. Having worked in the pizza industry for 12 years, I would never inform a customer, especially for a remake, that it would take 30 minutes. Not that my order should take priority over others, but when it comes to remaking an order with subpar product, it should be done accordingly. Fortunately, I received my remade food in 15 minutes, which contradicts the initial misinformation. Upon entering, I noticed that there were only three employees working on a Saturday night, which I understand is a common staffing issue. Nevertheless, I highly recommend hiring more employees and providing them with proper training, accurate information, and guidance on customer service. In this experience, the staff demonstrated a great attitude, and I commend the gentleman at the front. My remade order looked great. Additionally, I suggest that Domino's consider investing in a warmer, as orders were left sitting on a rack, causing the temperature to drop, and by the time they reached customers, the pizzas were cold

Ordered wings, simple, right? Nope. Skin was absolute rubber and undercooked. Had to toss them and just go to bed hungry.

Ordered a pizza with extra sauce, and it seems the person who made it doesn't believe in putting sauce on pizzas. It was basically cheese bread. Confirmed on app and on receipt, it's supposed to have extra sauce, not no sauce. Won't be returning to this location, as I've never had this issue with nearby locations. Can't recommend this place.

I went in on Wednesday afternoon to pick up my online order. I wasn't greeted or welcomed. The young lady had poor customer service and was rude. Thankfully my pizza was good but I won't be back to this location due to the service. I said thanks as I was leaving and she just walked off.
