I went to Donut Plaza this morning to order some custom donuts for our PJ day at school, as I have in the past. With this being only Tuesday I was giving them ample time to have them ready for me to pick up on my way to work on Friday. She told me that they could not make them on Friday, that they would be just too busy. I asked if they could do them on Thursday so I could pick up Friday morning. NOPE...they are just too busy on Friday. She said if I wanted to order them for Saturday or Sunday...no problem but NOT for Friday. So, I will be going to FIRST DONUT in Bedford to get my donuts for Friday. I will NEVER go back to Donuts Plaza again. You have lost my business!

This is the best donut place in town. I have lived in Bedford, my hometown for years me and my grandchildren found the spot. I will never go anywhere else. This will be my doughnut go to for the simple reason. Donuts are very fresh. They’re not hard very good very flavored and the customer service is amazing. You never have to wait in line. If you do, it may be one minute that you stand there in front of the counter. Very fast at serving their customers. If I could give 100 stars I would thanks for your service.?

Their donuts taste the best in the area. If you order custom, expect close to custom. My youngest is 21 today. She used to get donuts instead of cake. Today her party with be without both, unless I can find some last minute cake ?. I ordered E M M A donuts with each a different color frosting. I order 4 dozen donuts holes, one dozen in each of the colors to match the letters. I provided sprinkles to go on 6 donut holes for each color. They were going on skewers that would be pushed into floral blocks that would be covered with cotton candy. The candles 2 and 1 to stick on top of two of the letters. Cute, right? I can't use them, I was not given my sprinkles back for a possible cake situation, I was not given a discount. Pictures to follow. And not only did I write out what I wanted, but we discussed it throughly when I placed the order.

Stopped by this morning for some donuts. Usually they would rate a 5 star. Today however If i could would give them a negative 10!!!This is the second time that I've gotten "filled" donuts that were definitely not filled...This is happening since there is a different woman working there...I guess if you don't want filled donuts continue to go there.I may or may not try one more time.

Ordered birthday donuts for my daughter and they did a fantastic job and are the employees are all so very sweet!! I highly recommend them!!

This is a good place the donuts are really good but today I have to admit I was very disappointed. The lady who was upfront she was giving the impression that I was taking too long to decide what donuts to get for my children. I felt very rushed. I felt like she didn't have patience to deal with customers.

Small little hole in the wall and easy to miss. Great prices. Donuts are fluffy and light. Not overly sweet. Just the right amount. We come in here often. Usually just get coffee, donuts, and a breakfast sandwich for the family.
