I love Einstein Bro’s but this location sucks. Poor customer service and the avocado veg out was made horribly. They put way too much lettuce and spinach and the pizza bagel was mostly sauce and little cheese.

Two employees working and no one here. Still took 10mins to even take my order. Manager is not even here and they employees start yelling his name like they expect him to be in the back. Employees just ignored anyone that came into location and walk around making the food huffing and puffing.

absolutely horrible customer service. the guy that took our order at the register acted like he knew what we wanted better than we did. my friend wanted a plain blueberry bagel with nothing on it and he asked not once, or twice, or even three times, if my friend was sure condescendingly that he wanted it plain. in the end he pressured my friend into getting cream cheese on his bagel and mockingly said ‘that’s what i was making sure of’. then he asked for my friends name and told him his total without acknowledging me and my friend said ‘oh, she’s gonna order too’ and he said ‘i know, i’m getting you first’ and then tried to get him to pay again and my friend said ‘no we’re adding her’ and then argued with my friend once more before finally asking me for my order. i’ve never had an experience like this before and it was our first time at einstein bros which i was excited for and i can safely say i’m never going back.

I'm not sure why the customer was upset with them, but I witnessed them arguing while I was there to pick up my order. The customer service was poor, but I decided to overlook it. When I got home, I discovered that my food was burnt, which was disappointing given the quality of the cooking.

Their cappuccino machine has been broken for 3 weeks. Luckily their regular coffee is pretty good. Love their breakfast bagel options!

Placed a mobile order here on a Thursday AM. The order was never prepared. I asked the woman at the register to help me by checking on it and she brushed me off. I was able to flag another employee who looked for it. Turned out that they never acknowledged the order so it was never going to be prepared. There was no apology or compensation for the order being 15 mins late (it would have been faster to not order ahead.

Further disappointing, I emailed a complaint to Einstein and they also brushed it off kicking it to the store manager to respond.

My bagel was good, but I felt that the restaurant could have been cleaner. The floors looked dirty. More than surface dirty, like need to be deep cleaned dirty.
