Burritos here are pointless and rage inducing.

Why oh why yall wrapping those things so loose and floppy. It's too hard to eat it in my car on the go! Drive thru food is gonna be eaten in the car! And you bite into it and the driest mouthful of just rice with nothing else. Then the cheese and sauce is all at the other end. I'm never spending my money here no matter how bad I need a quick bite. It's no wonder yall weren't busy at noon on payday!!! This place will be closed in a year.

I grew up with this in CA, great perfectly-flamed chicken, so good. This in only the 3rd time I've been here but they're always really nice and make sure you have all the stuff & sauces you need. So good! 5/5

So my boyfriend and I just tried el pollo loco yesterday for the first time at a different location in Hurst. We were so pleased by the service and food at the hurst location that today we were like shoot let’s have it again. This Central Road location was a complete let down. I mean from start to finish.
We walked in with no greeting/no words spoken at all from the gentleman working the front, he just stood there silently waiting for us to order. Once we finally ordered ($40 total keep in mind) the food was just horrible. Our rice was rock solid, the charro beans were thick and nothing like the ones we had the day before. The chicken was the only thing in that meal worth eating. And not to mention they forgot half of our order! We had to go back up and get multiple missing items.
The dining room was disgusting. I’m not one to usually leave reviews, but this visit just required a review. Worst service, worst food experience at pollo loco, I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

I am dissatisfied with my recent order, as I did not receive the tortillas that were supposed to accompany my 8 pieces of chicken. This oversight reflects poor service, especially considering I drove 20 minutes to pick up my order. I expect better attention to detail in fulfilling customer requests.

Make sure you check your order if you order online. They don’t double check to make sure your order is complete. They forgot my salsa. Upset because they charged for it in the combo.
