I've been here twice now, and this place is very good and not super expensive. The salad bar has plenty of choices, and I loved the little wedge salads.

The steaks were good, not amazing, and i'm not sure I could distinguish a rib eye from the sirloin if they hadn't told me. Maybe because I kept seeming to get the more done/tough outside cuts. Even though I would say rare, they would pass the already exposed rare side and cut off the outside piece for me? Also, once when the fillet came by (this only happened twice) it ran out in the middle of our group and they never came back to offer the other 3 of us any. Everyone in our group raved about the garlic steak, and the cajun steak was interesting. I personally thought the sausages were fantastic. Oh and the grilled pineapple was popular.

The service from Alan was fantastic and the waitstaff came back plenty to refill water and drinks, and the manager came by. I should have said something about my small quibbles with the meat service, but didn't. Anyway, we all had a great time and the atmosphere is great. Would definitely go again.

Hey y'all, I've been really impressed with Fazenda Gaúcha the last three times I've been (which is all of them.)
Tonight I went on my own, and made a reservation for one at their recommendation. Their customer service and general air of welcome are wonderful, and the hostess offered me a small variety of seating to show different rooms and their advantages. She let me choose, and I ended up at quiet corner 2-top near their exquisite salad bar, with lots of meat-wielding swordsmen in the area.
Fazenda Gaúcha is a 5-star Brazilian churrasqueria right here in Bedford. Their meat is top-shelf. I am slightly guilty for requesting only picanha for meat, but I observed a room full of customers exclaiming over the sirloin and other cuts, plus garlic and cajun. I tried the garlic and the cajun picanha - and I loved the flavors but didn't like the doneness of the meat. I'm probably really picky about my churrasqueria - and Fazenda Gaúcha is 5 STARS. Muita obrigada, Gaúcha.

Fazenda Gaucha is the best Brazilian steakhouse in DFW. It is located on Pipeline across from the Kroger Shopping Center. The staff serves is great : Manuel , MIguel, Bryan, Ashley are a few. Grear Service and great attention. Beto and Tony are management and always take the time to chat and appreciate your business. Great for dates or special occasions. Come on in soon and enjoy. They do reservations so if a big celebration pending book them up,

This is truly a hidden gem! We went here sight unseen after a big family event and really had no idea what we would find. What we found was an incredible restaurant with very good food and incredible people!. The salad buffet was well presented, well stocked and had suck a variety of things to offer, from appetizer type of items (think charcuterie) to salad bases to build a first class vegetable experience. In addition, they had traditional foods from beans and rice to pasta dishes to satisfy.

At the table they served the traditional Brazilian cheese breads which were very well prepared and then came the meat! The meats over all were well prepared, not heavily salted, well seasoned and cooked to perfection.

I would totally recommend this place especially for any special family events. The waiters were extremely friendly and very attentive. Overall, I would totally return again and again!

I've been to quite a few Brazilian rodizio spots, and I can't help but measure them all against Texas de Brazil — which is still hands-down my favorite. That said, Fazenda Gaúcha delivered a solid experience, especially if you're in the area and craving that classic churrasco vibe.
The meats were the star here, as they should be. They had all the favorites, and the picanha (the real reason we all show up) was outstanding — juicy, perfectly seasoned, and sliced right at the table by attentive gauchos.
Here are some highlights from the night:
The picanha was delicious and exactly what I come for — tender, flavorful, and cooked just right.
The service was excellent — super attentive and welcoming. We walked in without a reservation and they seated us right away, keeping the flow of meats coming at a great pace.
On the flip side, a couple of things fell short compared to what I'm used to:
The pão de queijo (those addictive little cheese breads) arrived hard and not very fresh — definitely not the warm, gooey bites I love.
The salad bar was tasty but fairly limited in selection. Everything they did offer was high quality, though — no complaints about flavor.
The mashed potatoes were fine, but let's be real: no one heads to a Brazilian steakhouse for the sides.
Our bill for two (with water, no drinks) came to about $97, which feels pretty standard for this style of restaurant these days.
Overall, I'd happily go back with a group of friends for a fun night out — the meats are strong enough to make it worthwhile. But if I'm specifically craving Brazilian steakhouse and have the choice? I'll still drive a bit farther for Texas de Brazil at lunch (half-price special, bigger salad bar, more variety).
If you're in the Fort Worth/Bedford area and want to try a local option, Fazenda Gaúcha is definitely worth checking out — especially for that killer picanha.
Would I seek it out again on my own? Probably not.
Would I enjoy it with friends? Absolutely.

If you are looking for a good rodizio experience, this is definitely the place to go. The meat is among the best we have tried—well cooked, flavorful, and served consistently. The service is exceptional; both the waiters and the manager make a real effort to ensure guests are well taken care of and feel welcomed throughout the visit. The only area that could be improved is the side dishes, which feel a bit underwhelming compared to the quality of the meat. That is something worth paying attention to. Overall, it is still a very enjoyable experience and a great option for meat lovers.
