Very cute spot! Flower wall & neon wings for the girls who love photo ops. Full bar with a pretty extensive food menu. I attended a day party there. I don't think they expected the large crowd for the first occurrence so the bartenders took a bit longer but food service was quicker & they indicated they would be beefing up staff for future events, which is all you can ask for. J the server was very pleasant. The drinks were good. I didn't love the nachos (liquid Rico type cheese but I prefer shredded or queso), but they were fresh and the chicken on them was seasoned well.

Nice build out, but that's where it ends. Staff seems bothered to help you. Last time I was not greeted and no order taken so I left after 30 minutes. That's after standing at the bar for 5 of those minutes with bartenders happier to talk among themselves. If there's a manager here they should be fired.

Poor service. I attended a private event there. We were a good 30 attendees. There was 1 bartender at the bar, for the 30 of us and all other customers. The bartender was also the waitress, and I wouldn't be surprised she was the cook too. This establishment knew time in advance and did nothing to provide service. However they made sure to charge 18% gratuity for all purchases. I must ask, for what service????? I should also mention that the organizer of our group paid a large amount of money to reserve the space and we received NOTHING in exchange but a place to sit. Glasses and plates were staking up all over our area, and not once someone came to check on our group. You won't see any of us again, but I know you don't care. Remember, word of mouth is very powerful. Not again. MISSED OPPORTUNITY!

We just ate here and will never go back. Have been there before and it just keeps going downhill. We had to go to the bar to get our own menus and drinks. Bartender finally came over and took our order. We both had something with chicken but you couldn't even find the chicken in either of our meals. Way over priced for the food and no service. We were not going to leave much of a tip because there was really no service and then noticed they had already added an 18% tip on our bill and did not tell us like they expected to give another tip also. Drinks tasted like there was no booze in them. Just all around bad. I have given this place a couple chances but no more. They have lost a couple customers tonight.

The service was great but the business charges an 18% service charge on all tabs regardless of the size. My husband and I went there and after getting our check, we asked why. We were told it was for security, DJ, etc.None of that was there at the time (8pm on a Friday) but the manager showed us the menu and it’s listed at the bottom. Pretty weird for a restaurant/bar but our fault for not reading first.

We went on a Friday night and there were customers in the bar area and at 2 other tables. We sat down and it took an exceptionally long time to get a waitresses to come to our table. Enough time that another group of six came in, sat at the table next to us, and were waited on before we were. And by our waitress no less...The menu that you find on their website has a pretty nice looking selection but most of the better items are not available anymore. They should update the website menu as the items have been gone for over 6 months the waitresses told us. Most of the items listed by Google for this review are no long available...The prices are very high for what they give you. For example it was $19.00 for 3 tacos (1/2 the size of a regular sized taco shell) filled with only hamburger meat. It came with small condiment cups of cheese and hot sauce, nothing else, even though it list more on the menu. No one in our party liked their food. The appetizers looked like they were good and plentiful but we chose to not order any due to the higher that normal prices.Oh and by the way, the table that sat down beside us left before ordering due to the poor service speed and the prices (they told us as they left).The business adds an 18% gratuity to every ticket, charges for every drink refill of soda and tea, and they play loud music with laser strobe lights that blind you while you are trying to eat. I like music but this was too loud for conversation to take place. The lightning effects did start about 30 minutes after we got there though.I will say that even though the service was lacking, the waitress was very nice and she helped us out with the issues when we were able to get her attention.If you want to drink, smoke, have loud music with flashing laser lights, and eat appetizers then this would be a good place to try. If you can afford it.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.
