This was my first time so I needed some advice on what to get. The worker who I asked was polite and explained in detail some options that would work for me. He was very helpful and the food was prepared in a timely manner. The sun shines nicely into the shop. I got to sit and eat my meals, but I’m not sure if I was cutting it close to closing time. It says 9pm here but if I’m not mistaken their door has 6pm? Sorry to the staff if that is the case!

I thought I'd try something new. Big mistake. There was a very small portion of chicken salad. My MINI sandwich also cost me 10 dollars by itself. Shame because i love this location and jersey Mike's. Gotta stick to the original Italian Mike's way w cherry relish. Also worth noting that I saw the lady that was preparing my sandwich touch raw meat (gloves on) and then immediately go back to handling my sandwich. No glove change or hand wash. Dissapointed.

I had the conversation about the price of bacon before they made my sandwiches. Just for them to charge me after I already paid. As much as Jersey Mike's charges you'd think they take better care of you.

I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s, but I do have to give this location a big fat no! I’ve eaten here twice and both times the order was wrong. The number 17 extra veggies. Always comes with extra meat and hardly any veggies. They always get it wrong. Then they charged me for double meat and that’s not even what I ordered. An $18 sub turned into a $38 sub after adding bacon and tax. Absolutely positively ridiculous. The customer service is terrible as well. They don’t acknowledge you when you stand there for five minutes at the counter. One person running the front doing everything and one person in the back that walks out looks at you doesn’t say a word does something and walks to the back. This is the worst of Jersey Mike’s. Stay away unless you wanna massive up charge.

Normally I love the service but the last two times I was served it was by the same person and I felt like I was being rushed to order and they did not like me telling them the order in which I wanted my ingredients added to the sandwich. The hot pastrami sandwich was thrown together and it taste just like that, and Nicole Sandwich was very good.
I've had several different people make my sandwiches in the past since that store's been open and had no problem whatsoever. I felt like I was being rushed out of the store.

Horrible service, wasn’t it even acknowledged even though I was first in line. The guy behind me was acknowledged first and was asked about his order first. Then I was completely ignored through out the ordering process. Never asked for my name only asked for my counter parts. When to go pay was still ignored for five minutes. Even had to tell them I was paying before I even got any kind acknowledgment. Absolutely ridiculous. I come in here all the time and have never been treated so poorly

Didn’t make my food or process my refund. Plus they are slow, they don’t change their gloves or wash their hands after cleaning with a dirty rag
