Normally I love the service but the last two times I was served it was by the same person and I felt like I was being rushed to order and they did not like me telling them the order in which I wanted my ingredients added to the sandwich. The hot pastrami sandwich was thrown together and it taste just like that, and Nicole Sandwich was very good.
I've had several different people make my sandwiches in the past since that store's been open and had no problem whatsoever. I felt like I was being rushed out of the store.

Horrible service, wasn’t it even acknowledged even though I was first in line. The guy behind me was acknowledged first and was asked about his order first. Then I was completely ignored through out the ordering process. Never asked for my name only asked for my counter parts. When to go pay was still ignored for five minutes. Even had to tell them I was paying before I even got any kind acknowledgment. Absolutely ridiculous. I come in here all the time and have never been treated so poorly

Definitely one of the best Jersey Mike’s in DFW! I choose this location because it’s right off HWY 183. The workers are always nice and l professional. And the location is very clean each time I come here. And I come here weekly. One thing I love is this location gives military discount while others do not. So they always get my business.
Vegetarian options: The new salad bowl is amazing!

They barley put any meat on the sandwich. Would recommend the Colleyville location or Centerpoint. They offered to remake it if came in but didn't have the time but was disappointed they couldn't take my name for a free mini or something for the mistake. (Was a giant btw) Sandwich was made well other than 1 layer of meat wich is why they get 2 stars
