I hadn’t been to KFC in a while due to past disappointment, but I decided to give it another try. I was pleasantly surprised... the nuggets tasted like real chicken, not processed, and the garlic sauce was delicious. I also tried the spicy wings and really enjoyed those as well. The staff was friendly and the service was great. I’ll definitely be back!

Went there today at 10:30am because my two year old for whatever reason wanted chicken. We were greeted so rudely by JOE THE MANAGER. From the beginning of our visit till the end. So much so that I told him to cancel my online order because there was NO WAY that I would feed my baby any food coming from a person with so much hate. I’m not sure who gave him this position but he most certainly does not deserve to be a manager treating customers this way. My daughter was extremely disappointed and crying because she did not get her food. We settled for McDonalds right next door where they treated us with such great service. I will have to get a refund through my bank because Joe the manager claimed he couldn’t refund my money for items I didn’t receive. I will NEVER return bro this location and I will let everyone I know in my area to not go there as they have the worst customer service and mostly because the place is ran by someone who doesn’t have a lick of respect or customer service skills.

DON'T EAT AT THIS LOCATION. The cashier was nice enough but we received a raw bloody chicken in one of our combos. The manager couldn't bother to come out and apologize, but they refunded one combo. Zero stars on the food and only two stars for the service because the cashier was professional, although a bit annoyed he had to refund the meal. Save your money and the potential for salmonella/ food poisoning. They kept the receipt, but I did the survey on the corporate site. Only posting here to inform others of the potential food safety issue and the corporate site doesn't allow photo uploads.
