I’ve been coming to this KFC location since I was a child. The staff was always kind of professional food service was very quick and it always tasted good until the KFC corporation decided to change their batter I believe and then they went back to the original recipe. lolParking: It is easy to get into and leave this location.
Food is usually pretty good. I come here about once a week. I didn’t get my KFC sauce with my tenders, and the food wasn’t good like it normally is. A little disappointing but I’m not going to sweat it. Staff is friendly, quick and efficient for a few of them. I always see one of two people doing all the work and I always see one snacking on something. Feel bad for the other employee(s).

The chicken was not fresh, and it tasted like it was fried in old grease. The Hispanic guy, that work the drive thru window was not friendly and he never is. I will not be returning. This was a waste of money.
0 stars if it was an option. The lady told me "We dont make spicy chicken anymore." I waited 25 minutes for 6 wings and a spicy chicken sandwitch. One of their promo things and was told "Can you wait 6 minutes for them to cook?" The wings were rubbery and had clearly been sitting for awhile. I used to work in a kitchen I know how fast wings cook. The lady didn't hand me my recipt, and I was told to pull forward and watched 4 people walk into the store as well as multiple cars go through the drive through and both drove/walked out with chicken. Before I ever recieved my order very disappointed. The only saving grace was the spicy chicken sandwitch I ordered was ok. The promotion "sweet and spicy wings" despite me waiting for them to cook were rubbery and bloody on the inside not good. It does not take 25 minutes to cook 6 wings the fact they were underprepared and didnt have their premotional wings ready off rip is already a problem in it's self. I now understand why no one ever goes there. When I pulled up there were no cars in the drive through. I thought I just got lucky but no saddly I was unaware and nieve. First time coming to this location honestly will not back back Popeyes taste better anyways. Sucks because the location is very close but the service was terrible and the food was very lack luster and undercooked despite the wait. I will not be back.

4 days ago this location went from $20 to $30 for an 8 piece family meal. A 10 dollar increase.I hope KFC goes out of business. They'll never get my money again. Disgusting.

KFC does not care about its customers. Employee walks into the manager's office and form some people are here. Manager comes out, sees we are there, keeps walking down the line doesn't acknowledge. no one. They don't care. Not worth the time to stop here. Spend money elsewhere.

SMH ? to be honest I'm not sure what is going on with our KFC's around. I went to one in a whole different area and it wasn't any better. When I walked in no one was around ...I finally said Hello ??...I then heard a voice coming from the ofc saying hold on ?. Mgr took order w complaints about doing paperwork ?...later recvd order $20 Fam ok. However, when I tried to get a bag bc lid kept Opening ?...no one could understand me...so the Mgr again gave me one but when asked for a larger bag he advised not able to bc they where for p/u Carry out? SMH!
