Last week I came in and ordered a chocolate birthday sheet cake with sprinkles. It was supposed to have a birthday message on it with the birthday girl's name and a Bible verse reference at the bottom.
When I went to pick it up Saturday before the party I was given a chocolate cake with no sprinkles, the message was missing the name😟 and the Bible verse was messed up. The cake decorator tried to fix it but it was clear the cake had been altered and I was very embarrassed when I got to the party.

Have been buying cakes at this kroger for years was always satisfied. But I bought my granddaughter her 11th birthday cake was so disappointed not was it poorly decorated but was the worst tasting cake I ever got from there. Never again.

They need an employee at door who wipes down carts and makes sure people are wearing a mask. Albertsons and Target stores do this.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Bring anything up out of place and it’s made out to be your fault for wanting it, not theirs for not having it. Signs up everywhere stating “no more than 2 ad items, and a vast majority of ad items are out of stock. Don’t try getting a rain check for their lack of pre-planning on the ordering either, because you won’t get it. 2 regular checkout lanes open, with lines at both, yet I have a hard time shopping because of all the clicklist folks clogging the isles. Go to another Kroger or another grocer.

I like the fuel island. They use to stock cases of water out there, which was convenient. Now they don't. I called customer service and was told "corporate " doesn't want cases of water sold anywhere but inside the store. Kroger always serving the customer.

I went at 10 pm and they didn’t have a single cashier. There was a long line at the self checkout. Poor management and a waste of time.
