I called n ask specifically to make sure the crust are good and this what I get ? Are yall serious ? This the second time they make my order this way . I will not recommend this store ever to anybody . I’ll find another pizza place 😡

Nasty and dirty, food disgusting, employees and managers rude and don't care about customer service. Store is just a mess and disorganized in general. No one seems to actually work here. Just in general terrible place to go. Would rather burn my money than eat here.

Walked and the old guy was on the phone while taking my order, he gave me my receipt and didn’t tell me anything else I stood and waited to the side and eventually sat down to wait.
I notice there was a pizza in the trays where they keep the pizza warm already but guessed it wasn’t what I ordered a (classic pepperoni)
Same older guys with attitude to people who walk in about the pizza pockets first person saying he wasn’t going to make them period because he only had two employees. Another person walks in and he tells them 25 minute wait.
She ask what do you have ready and he says only a classic pepperoni by this time I’ve waited 15 minutes and that’s the same pizza I saw in the heating trays when I walked in. Lady walks out doesn’t get anything.
The guy walks and hides in the back by the time he comes back to give another client he’s food he looks at me and with major attitude says “what are you even waiting for” I told him a classic pepperoni by that time it was 19 minutes because I looked at my receipt and gives me the freaking pizza that’s been in the heating box.
Maybe this person would have known what I ordered if he wasn’t on the damn person cell phone call while taking my order. I waited like a fool and given an old pizza that was sitting there no apology no nothing.
This person attitude and manner he carries himself should be other retrained or fired immediately.
It’s not my fault you’re short staffed and it’s definitely not my fault you don’t like your job.
What an embarrassment. Do better.

I haven't been to Little Caesars in a long time and of course I choose one of their busiest nights to order. I know that you can run in and grab a pizza, however, knowing it was Halloween night and assuming they would be slammed I called and placed an order. The gentleman was very nice on the phone and informed me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I purchased three pizzas, crazy bread, and cheesy bread. My order was ready upon arrival and they were extremely busy with people walking in trying to just pick up pizza. The gentlemen working was extremely polite even though there were customers that were not happy to have to wait to have their pizza made. He was handling everything and the busy rush in a very professional manner. My kiddos loved the pizza, it was hot and fresh!
Kid-friendliness: My kids enjoy plain cheese pizza and they also have these little bags of Little Caesars cookies, that are kinda like animal cracker cookies!

We wanted a pizza and they told us it was 10 minutes but it was less than that. DIAMOND was so sweet saying yes ma'am and no ma'am and she even brought out our TWO pizzas to the car which she did not have to do!!! PROMOTE HER NOW!???

Went to pick up lunch and as soon as I walked in some girl who was boxing up a pizza looked me up and down and rolled her eyes at me and called someone else to come to the register. The guy who helped me was very friendly however, who ever works there cutting the pizzas needs a new position cause I had slices as small as my pinky finger and slices that were almost a quarter of the pizza and some were even squared lol I had to basically recut my pizza
