We used to like this place, but we never loved it. Now the service is so bad it's plain disgusting. Winter last night as me and the wife have not had a good chance to hang out together in quite a while. This was a mistake. Took 10 minutes for us to wave down a server to nonchalantly act like they didn't care and barely take our drink water by that time. We were already out of chips and salsa. By the time we get our drinks, they bring the drinks and walk off. We had to wave someone else down to take our food order. We were going to order something else, but we decided to order the fajitas as the server said we can get more beef and chicken as I eat more beef and the wife eats very little and she likes chicken. What happens we get mostly chicken and Harley any beef. I tell the server she goes. Oh I'm sorry what else can I get for you today. Really like we just paid 40 bucks for fajitas and 20 of it going to the trash. The manager doesn't give a crap, we were told we'd be getting a discount as we had horrible service that did not happen nor did they care he couldn't get a hold of the general manager so obviously they lied. we will never be back here again. Food is average at best and service is a atrociously bad. Many better places that even a trashcan will be better than this place.

We celebrated our friend's birthday here and everyone loved the food and the great atmosphere. The live music is a great compliment to the beautiful Mexican decorations and the delicious food. The owner is very attentive and goes above and beyond in making sure everyone has a great experience.I give them 5 stars + for their customer service.

Been to every establishment in this shopping center but never tried Lupe until my nephew suggested it! Black bean dip -10/10 Salsa- 2/10 needs to more spicy for my liking Brisket tacos - 10/10 according to my 11 year old foodie king! Chile relleno- 8/10 was so much food! Definitely going back to try other menu items!

Been here probably 10 times.I won't be coming back.Place was busy, no big deal, not unusual. Sat at a table for 10 minutes. Not one server brought chips and salsa, no one took drink orders, after seating us they basically ignored the table.Take that day down after us, including one that was included a table of 8, got chips and salsa and drink orders brought to the table, but not even so much as asked us for ours. Walked out without saying anything. They clearly didn't feel like saying anything to us.Do better Lupe's.
This place is awesome! They have live music on Fridays!! The music, atmosphere and food is great and the prices are very affordable! My wife and I come here every Friday! They have THE BEST margaritas in town!!! We love this place!!!

It was a last minute early dinner with friends. We were greeted right away & it was early so we picked a table. The menus were brought immediately, along with chips/salsa/bean dip. Our server-Susana was very nice. House margarita with a shot of Hornitas alongside was big enough for 2 people. We had Enchiladas Poblanas CKN, Enchiladas De Camaron, Mexico City Tacos CKN, 4 Modelos, 3 Hornitas shots. $ 135. We will return. The Atomic sauce that came with the Enchiladas De Camaron was amazing....
