I had nothing short of a phenomenal experience thanks to the staff at Marco’s. My order was taken over the phone by an extremely pleasant manager. Upon arriving at the store I was greeted by multiple employees with a smile and informed my order was to be ready soon. After a rough weekend and past few restaurant experiences I am extremely grateful for the stress free service and hard workers ensuring my family and I could enjoy our pizza!! Thank yall!
I placed an order last night, and when it arrived the food was cold, not prepared correctly, and even cut wrong. This is the third time this has happened in just the past couple of months, so I finally decided to call the restaurant to see if there was something I could do on my end to make sure my order is right going forward.
I always request my pizza to be well done and triangle cut, but the manager on duty basically admitted that they’ve been getting complaints about this recently. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, he told me they are “super busy” and that his staff is simply used to doing things a certain way. His suggestion? That I should start ordering my pizza uncut and cut it myself at home.
When I asked how they would even notice my request for an uncut pizza if they already can’t follow the notes I put in, he became argumentative. I also asked about the pizza being undercooked and cold, and he told me that I should just preheat my oven and finish cooking it myself because his team “doesn’t have the extra time” to make a well-done pizza. He even said that’s what he tells everyone who orders well-done—basically telling me to expect a take-and-bake experience after paying full price for delivery.
At that point I told him that if I wanted to cook my own pizza at home, I’d just order from Papa Murphy’s. For a manager to dismiss clear customer instructions and suggest I do part of the cooking myself is not only unprofessional, but honestly insulting.
Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from this location again. I’ve already reached out to another location to try and speak with the owner directly, and I’m waiting on a response.

These folks are doing it right!! I'm out of town a lot, so when I'm back I order delivery often enough, and I know my pizza will be hot, timely, and correct. Everyone who delivers from here is super friendly too! I also like that I can use a deal/coupon and still modify an order and the special just comes off the overall price. I like my Sausage Magnifico with onions - easy, coupon still works, I can do it through the app, and it's just fast. Usually when I'm ordering, I'm exhausted from work and I just need something to be simple. You're delivering humanity's perfect food, it's right every time, and every person who delivers has been delightful! Bedford location - you're crushing it!! Thank you!!

When I want pizza, my go to place is Marco's pizza especially their thin crust. We got the deluxe pizza, and I was not disappointed. We also got the garlic parmesan boneless chicken wings a.k.a. chicken nuggets which were top salty that we had to rinse them off due to the saltiness. Ms. Sabrina, who was working the front is really sweet and ready to assist in any way she can. I failed to ask the other two young ladies names, but they too were great. This my go to place for pizza and I highly recommend Marco's pizza.
The quality of there foods has gone down some subs and pizza where loaded now you hardly see ingredients....

This pizza is delicious I ordered the thin crust large Italian sausage with bell peppers and ate half of it by myself. It reminds me of Chicago Style pizza. Puts pizza hut to shame
