This is the 2nd time that this happened. The water coming out from the sink in the men's bathroom, is very hot. I couldn't finish washing my hands. I brought it up to the managers, but nothing was done.

Yesterday I went at 8:42 PM JUST for an Iced Coffee. At 9:42 PM is when I got it. Why did it take 20 minutes for one damn drink? I had to go to work in South Dallas and was starting to be late because of their incompetence. Also, their iced coffee is NEVER consistent. And as of late the color of the coffee has been very light as though they put more cream than coffee in the damn thing. This one guy makes it the worst. I hate seeing him there only because I know my coffee is going to be crap. I’d get their coffee because it’s cheap in comparison with others but they also say you get what you pay for so now I’ll just go to Starbucks.

I have been going to this location for the last 2 years and I’m used to things being wrong or forgotten etc. however I went Saturday afternoon with my kids and their grandfather, and had a terrible experience. At the time of the incident we were the only customers in the store other than a man by himself in the corner. My 2 kids were playing on the playground having fun, and an employee decided that would be the perfect moment to mop the ground right outside of the kids playground. He neglected to put a sign up visible to kids as they are coming and going. He put a sign up on the opposite side of that area, not in the field of vision for anyone coming and going out of the playground. My kids are old enough to read, however you would think that with kids actively playing, you’d wait until the only kids in the building left, to mop the ground right outside of the play area. My 7 year old came to get a drink, and slipped and fell right on his chin and erupted in tears. I took him outside to calm down and the employee came and offered to bring us some ice which I accepted, however the manager never once came by to check on us or see if my child was okay. Upon coming back into the store, I noticed the employee had taken it upon himself to then put a wet floor sign outside of the play area. A little too late for that. We finished our meal and got him some ice cream, and again not once did a manager or anyone come out to apologize or at the very least make sure he was okay. I have gotten my kids a happy meal from this location countless times over the last several years, and I can promise that I will not be spending my money here any more. A little gesture of an apology would have gone a long way, but apparently that wasn’t worth their time or effort. They were too occupied singing happy birthday to someone in the kitchen to come and check on a child that was hurt due to their neglectful actions. He thankfully didn’t bust his chin open, but he does have a bruise on the bottom of his chin.

What a trashy place 🤮🤮I will never take my kiddos to this location. Very disappointed with their service and taste! My kids love MacDonald and other places have good food and good service but so far this one, even my kids said . Ewww daddy this stinks so bad 😆 but anyway they have to do something with their restaurant. I would recommend close it!!!
Ordered at wrong location, trying to call to receive refund to order a right location. But they will not pick up their phone, goes straight to voicemail. Some business this is.

I went there for a drink. I don't eat McDonald's there food is not good for you. There drinks are always good, i go years between visits, I always feel like crap after I eat there food, then you see the videos of burgers that are years old and still look normal freaks me out, i couldn't finish the burger, the fries a d drink were good,

This was the worst McDonald's I've been too. The playground was crap and dirty and so small!! We ordered 2 McChickens, 1 happy meal, and 1 quarter pounder meal and it looks literally 40mins to get our food. It wasnt busy but the ppl that were there were all waiting for a long time for their food too. My husband was so irritated and my kids were losing it because they were hungry and the playground was definitely not keeping their attention. I live in a smaller town and both our McDonald's are 10x nicer and more fun. And FASTER!
