It doesn’t matter if there are 3 cars behind you or none, they will always make you pull forward. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Fast food is supposed to be fast. Why am I pulling forward for 2 McDoubles and it’s taking 5 min to get it?

I ordered three simple chocolate chip cookies with one request for them to be warm. I even asked twice over the speaker to have them heated, yet this is the second time they’ve given them to me cold. Last time, when I went back to ask for them to be heated, I got nothing but sass and attitude from the employee. I wasn’t asking for much just a small detail that makes a big difference.

No drink refills! No napkins or ketchup in the dining room, you have to wait at the counter for those. Straws also. Basically the only thing a customer has access to is the kiosk to place order

Shorted me on a large fry again. Told me to move up to the next spot to wait when I was the only person in line. I guess it's time to implement actual robots since the organic ones don't work.

Horrible unfriendly and unmotivated nighttime manager that does not even know his own menu and sounds as if he just wants to go home and lay on the couch. He was not even able to understand what I meant when I explained to him exactly what it said on the digital menu and where on the menu it was located. He made absolutely no attempt to mindfully resolve the situation and just told me to leave if I can’t order something from the menu (which I was). I have never in my life witnessed something this optuse, unqualified and incompetent in a fast food drive through.
