We used this bakery several times to purchase birthday cakes to celebrate dear friends. The strawberry cake with the filling was absolutely divine. We loved eating the leftovers during the following days. The service is wonderful and the price was good. Honestly, anyone complaining about the pricing clearly has no idea that the ingredients to make cottage industry cakes are costly and their time is valuable too.
We enjoyed it and will be using them more, especially during the holidays.

This was my first time ordering from Moonlight Cakes and I’m definitely going to be a returning customer! My husband and I ordered a 10” cake for our joint birthday party and there were more than enough slices to feed our 30 guests. The cake, filling, and icing were all delicious!

Red Velvet lovers rejoice! If you want red velvet with cream cheese frosting, this is the place you want to go! It is my favorite flavor, and I have tried MANY bakeries in the area. Moonlight is the absolute best! Period! They have many delicious flavors to choose from of course! I was beyond happy to find this awesome family owned establishment! My new favorite place!🥰

We ordered a last minute birthday cake (3 days before pick up) and were given superb service and execution! It wasn't a simple cake - involved printing a picture, fitting it into a heart shaped cake, pipping vintage-style decorations - but the quality was so so good and it tasted amazing! The owners/ bakers were super kind and informative. We initially thought the price was a bit too much but given the quality of the cake, it was understandable. I'm not sure if the price was worth the size of the cake though. I'd still order again!

Update: Just went there today to get birthday cupcakes for a friend. Unfortunately, I didn't get the coconut cupcake I requested, I was given one with sprinkles, which none of us likes. And I was in a rush and didn't notice til halfway home. So, make sure and check your order if you go there. Also, the small cupcakes are $4.00 each fyi.
Some really great cupcakes here. Favorites are the lemon, wedding cake, coconut...Some issues with uniformity in size lately.

We worked with Susan for our groom's cake, bride's cake, and cake pops for our guests. With my husband being gluten free, Susan was very quick to assist in providing a gluten free cake from another bakery, paired with her decoration on top. The cakes were delicious and our guests loved the cake pops! The designs and decor were gorgeous, and really brought our vision to life. Unfortunately, though, this review is somewhat marred from the fact that, during the delivery of the cakes, Susan was unprofessional in her language and composure, calling my father an unfortunate name and being disrespectful to other vendors on our special day. When I heard about this, I approached Susan and expressed my disappointment regarding the matter. She was VERY quick to make things right by apologizing to my father and expressing sincere regret for her actions. We are grateful for such awesome cakes, and are further grateful that Susan took steps to make things right in the end.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I can't thank Moonlight Cakes enough for their incredible service and sense of humor! My brother Mitch lost a bet and had to dress up in an outrageously silly Donald Duck costume to deliver cupcakes to a client. From the moment he walked in, the staff at Moonlight Cakes were amazing. They were in on the joke and made sure Mitch was blushing with embarrassment the entire time. Mitch looked absolutely ridiculous with his oversized beak, floppy hat, and fluffy duck tail. His bright yellow tights and oversized duck feet had everyone in stitches (see pictures). He pranced around, flapping his wings and quacking, much to the delight of everyone in the shop.The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, making sure the scene was as hilarious as possible. They even played along, calling out, "Donald, your cupcakes are ready!" The cupcakes themselves were fantastic, beautifully decorated and incredibly tasty. Our client was equally amused and delighted by the surprise delivery and delicious cupcakes!Moonlight Cakes made what could have been a simple bet payoff into an unforgettable experience filled with laughter. If you're looking for a place with great treats and even better customer service, Moonlight Cakes is the spot. Highly recommended for any occasion!Mitch has a couple more delivers to fulfill his lost bet and I hear that the staff at Moonlight Cakes would love to have him back! I hope Moonlight invites him back LOL
