Pizza is a hit or miss here.and I say that because sometimes too much sauce and cheese just falls off the pizza. The manager that works in the store he's middle age is so awesome and always knows his customer and if there's a problem he will always make it right. He has the best customer service. I always return because of him!

Pizza was made wrong! Door dash delivery driver spoke no English only spanish. Was given the wrong address but he couldn't communicate to me where he was! He finally arrived, I got my food and the pizza was made wrong! Called the store and manager said they would remake it and send it out! 1 hour later we get a Door dash voice mail saying the driver couldn't get it the coded gate! WE DONT HAVE A CODED GATE ON OUR APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!! The sent the new pizza to the wrong address again! It is now 1 1/2 hors later and still no pizza!! I called the store earlier they said they would get in touch with door dash! The message door dash left said they was going to leave the pizza in a safe place! I HAS BEEN THUNDERSTORMS ALL EVENING!

ā¦ poorly operated & Iāve fairly tried this franchise 3x! They donāt follow instructions. Tonight I order via the app. Delivery guy stood on sidewalk then in grass. Never rung doorbell. How am I supposed to know you are out there? Equally entering location & they mess up the order. If you have options, go for itā¼ļø they never tried to rectify or apologize. Issued refund. The best part! Never again.

I gave this location another chance and unfortunately I made a big mistake. This location does not represent Papa John's in any way. The pizza I received yesterday looked like it was from yesterday and they just reheated it and sent it to me. It was completely flat. The crust was tough and chewy and the toppings were nothing like they normally are. It looked like it was leftovers that they reheated. I will never order from this location again.
Restaurant claims to be open but when you call you get a third party in India that tells you theyāre closed.

I dislike that they started using Door Dash instead of store drivers. Now you have to wait until the dasher gets to the store to pick up your food, from how ever far they are from the store, then they come to you. Why would they add an extra 10-20 minutes to the delivery time. Now my foods cold.

I placed an order last night at exactly 9:45 this location is literally down the street from me .. Theu use door dash to deliver the order ā¦ My order was never delivered to me door dash called twice to get my location and the dasher still couldnāt find me .. The dasher then placed my order as delivered when I never received it .. I was refunded my money back from papa johns but you guys should really not use door dash to do your deliveries their app is glitchy and they lie and take your food saying it was delivered.. The refund was okay but I had to deal with kids who really wanted their pizza and we couldnāt get it
