I placed an order last night at exactly 9:45 this location is literally down the street from me .. Theu use door dash to deliver the order … My order was never delivered to me door dash called twice to get my location and the dasher still couldn’t find me .. The dasher then placed my order as delivered when I never received it .. I was refunded my money back from papa johns but you guys should really not use door dash to do your deliveries their app is glitchy and they lie and take your food saying it was delivered.. The refund was okay but I had to deal with kids who really wanted their pizza and we couldn’t get it

I’m go to this place and the person’s work there talking to me by very bad ways and i told him this is not professional way to talk to customers where is your manager to complain him he told me i am a manager, so I called customer care services and filled complaint and they told me someone will call but no body called. I stopped going to any branch of papa johns and i forget he give a different pizza that i was not requested

I haven’t had papa John’s in a fat minute after a bad experience at a DIFFERENT location. I’m glad I decided to try this location out because my pepperoni pizza was perfect! Just a good looking pie too! The crust was perfect. Good amount of cheese and pepperoni. They got the pizza done really fast and they were very friendly when I get in for carry out. We ordered delivery. Upon receiving the order we told the delivery driver that we were missing food. He said to call the store, there was nothing he could do about it. We called the store and after stating 3 times what we were missing and the guy saying it wasn’t missing, we said we’d come up to get it. He changed his tune and said they would send the driver right back with it. We waited over an hour and still did not get the food. I will be disputing the charge as soon as it clears and I can.
