I love eating here when I visit! Always have a hard time figuring out what I want because I want it all! Had the Mardi Gras and it was very good.

The wait was long but worth it. The food was delish and the service was exceptional.

After waiting an hour we still weren’t seated even though I counted 6 empty tables. We were told it would be another 15-30 minutes because of problems with the kitchen. You are a restaurant you serve food. How badly managed to you have to be to not be able to serve food. Definitely a location to be avoided.

Every dish I tried was rich with flavor and made with great care. The crisp salmon served with shrimp and scallops was especially impressive, cooked perfectly and full of fresh taste. I truly enjoyed the entire meal. Many thanks for such a wonderful dining experience.

Came into dine at the bar and had the best experience with Braiden and Isaias. They dedicated their time to making sure the environment was not only friendly but the best experience, I will be back!

Had to be the worst service I have ever experienced. 2 tables around us got service before we did. Then the manager did not want to make adjustments to the price. She made some token adjustments for 3 of the desserts, but not all. We showed up 5:46p. FINALLY got our service, meals and tab and left at 8:24p. Unacceptable! Do better!

Manager Makayla stated I couldn’t bring my insulated water bottle in after driving an hour to get here. I’ve never heard of a place of business state not let you not bring in an insulated water bottle. I carry it everywhere due to having to carry for two. There are no signs outside or on your website that states no drinks from outside. I stayed only because I drove a bit of ways, but I will never return.

I had a person who didn’t take my order bring out my order, I didn’t think what he’d brought was correct and rather than my server or a manager come by to see the issue I was given something entirely different than my order and rather than send back a second dish I ate what was brought, was not asked if I wanted another drink, Kenneth simply dropped the plate and walked away, yes the food is good here, however if you are given Kenneth as a server I strongly suggest that you either request someone else or make sure he knows what you are ordering!!Manager came and I explained the problem, he offered a gift card which I declined

The Salmon with Shrimp was Delicious and the Calamari was Fantastic! And OMG the Key Lime Cheese Cake. My first visit and when I return to Dallas Fort Worth I will ho back!

They have someone new decorating the newer restaurants and completely lost the soul of the place. The food was excellent, as you would expect from Pappadeaux. Service was okay. Drink stayed empty a fair bit.
