Ordered a pizza at around 10.15 pm. After I picked up and reached home, found pizza uncooked and not made properly. When went back to complaint, return and ask for refund, lady working at night shift at the window was very rude and impolite. Accepted the return of pizza but for refund stated couldn’t do it and only manager can and asked to returned back. This pizza was not at all of PizzaHut standards !

It’s ended admissible when you go to order a pizza and they were asking you what are you ordering in the places selling pizza? I’m speaking English and they still don’t understand and I know that the person I was ordering from speaks English, but they kept asking what what so I’m never going back to this place. It was dirty stinky and the service sucks.

Pizza looked great, order the carry out single topping pepperoni, and a cheese stuffed crust. Pizza was okay, but the inside of the store smelled like sewage. Not sure what’s going on, but not the coolest smell to have at a Pizza Hut.
very rude. we placed a order, was gonna get here at 11:45 and when i was putting in my card info the call hung up, so i called back and they said “oh we can’t deliver to your location actually” and then hung up so i called back and they continually kept hanging up. ig they didn’t want my money ?

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza after work one day and wasn’t really expecting much to be honest. Whoever made my pizza did an amazing job. It was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in my life! No exaggeration. And I’ve ate tons of pizza all over the world and of course the Chicago and New York staples which I’ve all but forgotten about.
They put the mozzarella inside the edges of a pan pizza and loaded it with all the toppings I ordered. Every other Pizza Hut always gave me a thin flimsy crust and skimped big time on toppings. Not this person. I’m halfway afraid to order again because I may be disappointed that it won’t live up to the pizza I had!

For religious reasons, I ordered a beef pizza but was mistakenly given sausage, which one of my children started eating before realizing it was pork. I understand accidents happen, but moving forward please pay more attention to the toppings being used.
