Hello. I just had a horrible experience at one of your locations. First, I ordered the summer combo and they said they couldn’t give me the chicken fries because they didn’t take them out to thaw them. And instead of giving me an item of equal value they gave me French fries.

THEN when we got home, in the chicken sandwich we ordered this disgusting substance came out of the chicken breast after a bite…it does not match the color of the sauce on the burger nor does it take like anything that should be on it.

Don't get me wrong, I love Popeyes, but this location has a language barrier. Both times, my orders have been completely incorrect or out of wing sauce. But that's not a deal breaker; I'll continue to frequent this location but will never drive off without checking my order..

They never answer their phones. They sent the wrong order through uber eats - sent bone in chicken, then when I reordered, they skimped the amount of shrimp in the box. TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Where to start? Hair in the mashed potatoes, our order was missing 2 items and the food tasted terrible. Who I believe was the manager was sitting at the front counter texting on her phone barely acknowledging me. Someone else finally came up and tried to help me but like I said, got it all wrong.

Drive thru 5min 1 car in front. Yes 5* it's a $5 chicken sandwich, extra pickles spicy mayo. It's 5* for price and convenience, chicken crust/fried perfect. Little dry on the bite, extra pickles and spicy mayo help. Bun on point. Again, $5 it's 5* on my rating scale. You can not find better for the price. If it cost $10 I would rate it a 6.

Ordered two 6pc GP Chicken wings, got only one !
Yesterday, I ordered 6pc boneless classic wings, there were no wings in sight. Got just fried bread crumbs and small sized chicken nuggets.

We ordered a 10 pc--went thru drive thru as we were running late to work--preordered it, paid for it and when we got to work--wrong order!!! They handed us the wrong order! Like seriously!!! Couldnt go back as we were at lunch--tried calling 3 times and NOONE answers the phone--it just rings and rings. Love their chicken alot but the service is bad! 3rd time they do this

Tonight, my family and I decided to grab dinner from Popeyes—a rare treat for us since we hadn’t had it in a while and were excited for something quick and tasty. We placed an order for tenders, fries, 3 spicy chicken, mashed potatoes, extra side of gray and a chicken sandwich. I didn’t mind the 12-minute wait, as I assumed this meant our food would be hot and fresh. I paid with my card at the drive-through and, unfortunately, did not receive a receipt.

When we got home—about a 9-minute drive—I discovered that my chicken sandwich and side of gray was missing from the order. Frustrated but willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, I drove back to Popeyes to either receive a refund or my sandwich. What followed was unacceptable.

The employee at the window informed me that the manager was not available and that I would need to come back tomorrow to request a refund. I was stunned. This is completely unreasonable. He then offered to have my sandwich remade.

While waiting, I observed the kitchen team. The staff member preparing my sandwich was also handling drive-through orders, which was concerning but manageable. However, things took a disturbing turn when another employee—who had just been working on a PVC pipe in the back, with water and steam flowing everywhere—came up, pushed the man out of the way, and made my sandwich with no gloves on and soaking wet hands.

Let me be clear: I witnessed a person go from fixing plumbing directly to handling food—no gloves, no handwashing. Absolutely unacceptable and a clear health code violation.

I am appalled. How is this location still in operation? How has it passed any sort of inspection or health rating?

This is not just about bad service. It’s about basic health and food safety. After reviewing others’ experiences at this location, it’s clear my incident is not isolated. This location needs to be reviewed, inspected, and held accountable for its complete disregard for public health and customer service.

Needless to say, I will never return to this Popeyes. But more importantly, I urge local health authorities or corporate management to take immediate action. This level of negligence cannot be allowed to continue.

If I could put 0 I would! Horrible service! I would hate to place the racism card but that's what it seems! I placed a mobile order at 5:11 and didn't receive my food until 5:40! You would think it was a steak being made but no! Just a simple chicken wrap! With fries! 🙄 a young lady walked in after me, also placed a mobile order which was after mines ( I knew the order numbers) and received her food before me (not to mention her order was possibly wrong with a possibly allergy! They had an attitude with her!) Not only was the service slow and food late I was missing items! The worker at the register playing manager decides to speak out so I politely spoke out as well letting her know this is horrible service and I'm pursuing a refund. She responded saying I wouldn't! I politely responded BET! 😁 so here we are! Popeyes! Count your days!
For future customers... just drive to another location!
