The catfish nuggets were tasty. I would have preferred the crinkle fries instead of the thin fries, the salad was simple, the hush puppies were like corn nuggets and very good, I would have liked more of them, could have done without the jalapeno relish, didn't really add much to the meal. The owners were very friendly and interesting.the interior was very interesting.

The first time I went to the restaurant, I ordered a piece of catfish and two pieces of chicken and it took them an HOUR to get me that. Ridiculous, but since it tasted good I figured next time I'd just call in the order an hour ahead of time. Next time, I got four chicken legs and it was $14 and the legs were the size of my big toe, SMALL. And since then I haven't even been able to get in touch with the place cause they don't pick up the phone and I will never waste another hour of my time in their shop waiting on a couple pieces of chicken. The chicken tastes amazing but the wait time and not answering the phone is ridiculous. Yall need to do better.

This place gets me right every time!! I went in today as a rare treat to myself and I met the nicest lady working behind the counter. Normally it’s the guy in there hustling taking orders and cooking. This time when I did my phone order he took it but when I came it was the lady. She was so sweet and talked and talk and I almost just wanted to stay to talk to her lol ?. The food is on point as always. I did the large catfish nuggets as it’s the only thing I get and that punch ☹️☹️☹️ im sad they got rid of that large Styrofoam cup. best drink ever!!! It’s so good and u got a lot but at the same time I get it it’s bottled in a way now it’s professional and they can do quantity control. I’m not tripping the flavor is still there. Never met that lady before today but I would go back more just to laugh and talk like we was doing. Lol just cutting up lol ? the gentleman has always delivered a great meal each and every time I’ve come to his establishment I would tell all to go in and support this business as they are a hidden gem

Royal Fried Chicken and Seafood is my new favorite go-to place for Fried Fish ? First time we ate there was last night and let me tell you about it! Very delicious ? I can't wait to take my dad tomorrow for some home cooking good old-fashioned fish fry. The shrimp ? were so plump, fresh, and delicious. Salad and fries ? are excellent. Do your taste buds a favor and bring your appetite. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer and tell everyone I know about the excellent service, friendly staff, and clean restaurant. I can't wait to try all the menu ?Kid-friendliness: Ms. Pac man to keep your children occupied, very clean and home feeling atmosphere that's very family friendly.

My go to for chicken! Toddler APPROVED. Husband APPROVED. We have eaten here quite a few times it does take a good minute to cook but that's because they are packed and the food is cooked FRESH. The only downfall is they are closed when I crave them the most.

Owner is such a friendly woman who doesn’t mind holding a conversation and will definitely check in on you to make sure the food is on point! She’s an East Texas native and I’m not surprised because that’s the kind of customer service and good eats you can usually only get down home!! I tried the shrimp, chicken and fish. The chicken was my favorite but I’d eat anything from there. All the food was delicious. In two weeks she’ll also be selling desserts and I’ll definitely visit again!
