The presentation of the ribeye with the green beans is really poor. I hadn't even touched it before this picture and it had like a hole in the middle. Especially compared to the ribeye with fries. Asked for medium rare. And half of it was medium rare, half of it was well done. It still tasted good but wish it was consistent with medium rare. The waiter was nice and the bathroom was really clean though.

I visited last night, early dinner around 4:30 pm. I ordered the Pats Rib eye medium rare. My previous 2 visits were not great so it's been about 6 months and I decided it wouldn't hurt to try again. But I was wrong, my rib eye I am 100% positive was a sirloin not a rib eye, less than a 1/3 thick, was almost well done instead of medium rare and was the saltiest piece of meat I've ever had. Service was fair, but considering there was only about 2 seated I would have assumed the waitress would have come by. Had I waited to return my steak it would have been 15 mins of just sitting there. Upon being seated at arrival I noticed about 6 tables were empty but filled with dirty dishes and hadn't been bussed. Being there so early it was a bit concerning to see. My last visit about 6 months ago I was told there was a lack of staff which is why my steak overcooked because it sat under the heat lamp waiting for someone to deliver it. I have attempted to resolve online direct with the restaurant but the website it less than user friendly and doesn't allow contact unless placing an order or catering.

Went for lunch, food and service were great! Steaks are always well seasoned and tender. Sides are great as always! Our waiter Gideon was wonderful and helpful in deciding what to eat! All other staff we had encounters with were also kind, several acknowledged my baby watching them and stopped to say hello to her. Definitely recommend and will be back!

My family and I went to dinner on a busy Friday night and our server, Sean, treated us like we were his only guests. He made awesome suggestions (y'all must try the fried mozzarella ?), kept our drinks full, and our table wasn't cluttered with empty dishes. The other guests seemed to enjoy their experience, and the other servers were pleasant and engaging as well.
Great Easter Dinner at Saltgrass today. Steaks cooked perfectly with exceptional service.

This Saltgrass Steakhouse in Bedford is the Best! Setver was amazing. I did not have to wait for refills. My Steak waz cooked perfectly. Thr General Manager, Ed came by and checked on us. I'll be bsck soon.
