This must be a new location because the quality of donut that I received this morning was not up to par. It was flat. It didn’t hardly have any type of cream in it and what it did have was runny icing inside, not the fluffy cream,so I feel way overcharged for what I received in a doughnut.

2.17.2025 I pulled in to order thru the drive thru - NO MENU ! I ordered a cinnamon roll , and twist , and dozen donut holes - donut holes was ok . BUT the twist and cinnamon roll was hard as a brick $8 waisted ! I do know someone in upper corp world so I will make that call , I should have known better and just stuck with what I know and that is the Asian shops at least they are warm and fresh ! NEVER AGAIN SHIPLEY'S !YALL SAVE YOUR DOUGH AND GO ELSE WHERE ! WARNING ! JUST NASTY ! WAY TO MUCH SUGAR AND HARD

They had EVERY doghnut I love! The service was great as well . The nice lady made me a fresh pot of coffee for me and all. Definitely a good spot to get your donuts and coffee!

Standard shipley’s donuts but the old lady that works there is RUDE. Multiple encounters and same experience w her. Maybe she should retire. Also, give your drive thru customers their receipts so they can show you your mistakes.
