This must be a new location because the quality of donut that I received this morning was not up to par. It was flat. It didn’t hardly have any type of cream in it and what it did have was runny icing inside, not the fluffy cream,so I feel way overcharged for what I received in a doughnut.

Standard shipley’s donuts but the old lady that works there is RUDE. Multiple encounters and same experience w her. Maybe she should retire. Also, give your drive thru customers their receipts so they can show you your mistakes.
