Price in app after selecting this location was $2.13 until I pulled up. Then it made me redo the cart and it's $2.75. Insane price hike bait and switch.

Seems as though these people don't actually give a damn about their jobs. It's QUITE clear the franchise owner doesn't have or uphold standards. An embarrassment of an establishment when they continue to mess up basic orders.

I ordered through doordash. Requested additional sauces and never received them. Called in to speak with somebody about the situation and spoke with the on-site manager. The call lasted 5 minutes, in which she informed me she packed my bag and that everything was correct and that doordash shouldn't allow us to request the additional sauces.

I went on to inform her that I didn't get any marinara sauce and only two groovy sauces. I then went on to explain how I spent nearly $20 for the mozzarella sticks and the fries where in person I could spend probably $10. She proceeded to put me on hold, take me off hold, put me on speaker, and then had herself and her employees laugh at me.

Take away from this, I purchased something I did not receive. When I went to management to speak about it, I was laughed at, and now I know why this location has really low review scores. I guess that's my lesson learned.

Any time of the day when we try to go to this sonic we page them and page them and never get helped at any kiosk. Can’t even order. It’s so weird. Places with drive through are better because they can’t ignore you like sonic can.

No one said anything when I ordered or when they gave me the drink. So I asked hey my drink doesn't have ice 🙃

Their card reader wasn’t working so they asked for my food back. I had already eaten half of it. I had to give back a 1/2 eaten burger ,tots and drink.

I ordered a $2.00 DRINK AND GAVE THE GUYÌ a $20 bill and I got no change. I went to tell someone and nobody would speak to me
! I guess your all in this together? I've water here for 20 years but I guess the times have changed but this is the end of Sonic if this how you do things? Do think you deserve $18 tip on a $2.00 DRINK? I will not go back here again.

Pulled into stall 13. Pressed the red button and waited 15 minutes without being serviced. Saw an employee walk by to deliver food a few stalls down asked if there was an issue with stall 13 and he confirmed there wasn’t an issue. Car pulled into a stall next to me a was immediately serviced. This was my first experience at this location and I will never return.

Waited 5 min to have my order taken for the screen to tell me “press the red button to order.pressed the button again “screen says button has been pressed” 10 seconds later the screen said “press button to place order. As though they were just shutting off my button without taking my order. Service here has always been slow and i tolerated it but this was just sad. I wont come back here. Added note Sonic as a whole needs to get tap to pay. Their card readers are the only ones anywhere that wont take my cards at all except my debit.
