Just stopped by for some tea, however, their outdoor speakers as well the order speakers have been “blown out” forever making an incredibly irritating experience, of course the management could care less.

I checked in on the app for my order: a pretzel twist and 4 piece mozzarella sticks. The screen indicated my order was on it's way. After 10 minutes of waiting I pushed the button. It wasn't until then I was told they're out of mozzarella sticks and offered a substitute. They gave me a total and I reminded it was a substitute. It was another 10 minutes before I got my food. When I got to my destination my pretzel twist was cold and the pickle fries were greasy, limp, the batter was almost raw and not crispy. This is my go-to location and I spend alot of money there. I don't know if I'll go back. 😕
There were five cars in the back of the parking lot. I sat for five minutes with the red button activated. No one bothered to say hello or respond to me saying hello.

Curtis was our server/carhop, and his customer service was exceptional! I told him I stopped at another location not far away, and the call box was so dirty that my 8 year old specifically requested Central drive location that he visits with his dad. Curtis shared that leadership believes in keeping things clean. I told him it is appreciated. My logic may be wrong, but if you focus on keeping the outside of the restaurant clean, then I feel like the inside may be given just as much attention. The food was good, but Curtis was great!

If I could give them a negative star I would.. they take soooooo long just to bring your order out and take your order and it’s nothing but kids that work here. 20-30 minutes to get 1 damn Corine dog and a slush and it was only 2 cars here. I’ll never come back here.

THIS STORE IS A JOKE!!! I had an order and once I arrived they did not have the order. But it came out of my bank account twice. The manager came out and told me to put it in again. Once made , she’ll cancel it and it would’ve gone back to my account. I spent $31 for two burgers.. this is not okay. This

Food was delicious per usual and the service was prompt, friendly and my order was completed and delivered without any mistakes. The young lady who was my carhop was very sweet and polite. I wish there was a way to tip when paying by card though...
When the girl asked to take my order, I told her a couple of things then she interrupted and said can I start over. Kept having to repeat. Their music was pretty loud so probably interference there. Felt like I was shouting. My son was with me. He attested that my order was relayed correctly...two combos and cheese sticks. Not a complicated order. Can't really confirm from the screen as it keeps scrolling up and whan they repeat, it's so fast that I can't keep up. When the girl brought the food she repeated again. I made sure the meals were combos. They left out fries and forgot sauces. I'm gonna check the order from now on and get an extra bag to transfer the food to. Strange how it's always short. Never an extra of anything. Tipped em well too.

Just ordered two strawberry sundaes prices are going up in the ice creams going down they're very little Sunday was really small two bites of ice cream it's not worth the price
